I went into Honda Cars of Carona to trade in my old Civic for a new one. I met Brice who took great care of me and never made me feel like I was being pressured into anything. They will sell you a car and steal your downpayment if they can't finance you!!! On 3/06/11 I purchased a vehicle from the dealership and paid $1000 down payment. On 3/10/11 I was told I needed another $8 they can't finance you!!! On 3/06/11 I purchased a vehicle from the dealership and paid $1000 down payment. On 3/10/11 I was told I needed another $800 down. Since I was not in agreement, I retunrned the vehcile on 3/12 and was told I would receive my $1000 down payment back. When I turned in the car, they told me I would have to come back Monday to get my money. I confirmed on Monday the 14th that I could get my money back, and they told me to fax proof that the funds cleared my account, which I did. Then I was told that they were going to hold my $1000 until 3/21/11 because that's how they do it there. However, my contract says "Seller must give back to you all consideration received," it doesn't say ANYTHING about being able to hold the $1000 for 15 days. They won't resond to my request any more. I returned their vehicle on the 12th, and now it's the 16th and they are holding my money just because they want to - not becuase it's in the contract I signed. The GM and sales manager won't respond to my phone calls or e-mails. Looks like I have to take them to small claims court!!! Yeah, what a great dealership! More

I phoned Jim Rist, the internet sales manager, to confirm the model, color and the price. I made an appointment and the car was ready for delivey when I arrived. The whole purchasing process went very well. Jim Barton handled the paperwork. No pressure and no problems. All car purchases should be this stress free. More

I came to the Honda of Corona in search of a new car after a bad experience at the Riverside dealer. I walked in and asked for the fleet manager and was greeted by Rodger Andrada. He came out, friendly and happily,and located the specific make and model I was in search of. He then showed me the car and all the features, and also offered a test drive. After returning, he kindly escorted us to his desk for pricing and financing information. He was friendly and kind throughout the whole negotiating process. After coming to an agreement, he congradulated me and escorted my Co-Signer and I to the vehicle after it returned from being detailed. He proceeded to show me how to operate certain features and asked if I had any further questions. We tested the sensitivity of the alarm and because it needed some minor adjustment, we set a appointment for the following day (Alarm Specialist was not present). I returned the following day and was again greeted by Rodger Andrada, as I was pulling in. He was VERY friendly and offered GREAT customer service. To this day, he still checks in. I now fully understand why he is a Gold Level Sales Associate. I would reccommend Rodger Andrada and the Honda of Corona Dealer to any of my family or friends. More

I went in to look for a used car and spoke with Abel. Everything was going great until he passed us off to his "manager", Robert. I was extremely disappointed with his attitude. I was a longtime customer (I bought my first car with them 15 years ago) and it's disappointing that this one person can destroy such a relationship so quickly with his lack of respect. More
My experience at Honda Cars of Corona was by far, the easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I've ever had! It was the first time I've ever been at a dealership where I didn't feel a easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I've ever had! It was the first time I've ever been at a dealership where I didn't feel as if someone was trying to SELL me. Jim Rist was my sales guy; I got his name as a recommendation from a good friend who has also had the pleasure of being assisted by Jim with her many car purchases. Jim reads like a buyer's dream -he's personable, really listens to you and your concerns, doesn't push you to make a decision...in short, he has a heart to serve. I fell in a love with an 2011 Accord...one that was beyond my pre-approved budget. Upon hearing how I had my heart set on an Accord, Anita from the pre-owned department stepped in to give me other possible options (perhaps a certified pre-owned). Although working with Anita was like being taken care of by my mom, I am so grateful to Brian in the finance department for working so hard to get me approved for the car I really wanted! Signing my loans docs with Rafael was a breeze, no sneaky extra fees or pitches for add-ons I didn't need. The purchase of a new anything usually requires an investment in time reading user manuals to program personal settings. But while I was busy signing docs, Jim programmed my radio stations and later Robert came out to show me how to sync my phone for bluetooth and program the voice-dialing! No manuals needed! Truly, the best service I have ever received, start to finish. Even ordering accessories from Tiffany in the service department could not have been easier. I've had my Accord for two weeks now, and Jim still calls to check in and see if there is anything more he can do to be of help... I'll never buy another Honda anywhere else. More

With my lesson learned, i wanted to find a reliable car with a good warranty. I found a used honda fit from their website and immediately called. I needed to know if i could get financed as i'm a first time buyer. greg didnt waste too much time to find out for me and gave me the thumbs up. i immediately drove the 30 minutes to the dealer. when i got there, i went to go look at the car in the lot and greg immediately greeted me. He was very straight forward without the xx crap that a lot of car salesmen try to throw at you. Even though the dealership was busy, he did a good job making sure i was well taken care of. he got me a great deal on this car. i'm so relieved and blessed to now call myself a proud honda owner. with my car being a certified honda, i can now drive with pure confidence my car will be safe.
