Communication was awful. I brought the vehicle in on 01/23/23, received a phone call on 01/25/23 telling me parts were being shipped from Kansas City. It snowed that week, so I brought the vehicle in on 01/23/23, received a phone call on 01/25/23 telling me parts were being shipped from Kansas City. It snowed that week, so I was thinking there was a shipping delay. After not hearing from anyone I dropped by the dealership on 02/02/23 - 8 days later - to be told my car was done, and had been done since 01/27/23! When I trust you to do over $1,000 of work on my vehicle, is it too much to ask that you call me when it’s ready? Extremely disappointed, and this is totally unacceptable. I definitely do not feel valued as a customer who has bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. More

No communication. Dropped the car off on Tuesday for an appointment on Wednesday. No call from them all day with an update. Call them multiple times with no answer. Finally got someone around 3 just be told the mechanic went home in the morning sick. Told my truck would be done Thursday. Go through the same thing on Thursday to be told that it will be done on Friday. Got some on the phone at 1 on Friday. Told the mechanic would call with an update in 30 to 45 min. No call, so I go up there to get my truck whether it is done or not. Come to find out the mechanic went home early and my truck sitting in the parking lot. They finished the oil change and transmission service but did not get to the oil leak. Been to several different Ford dealerships and have always had good service. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Avoid at all cost. More
