In the past I’ve had very good experience with this service center. However recently I was told to bring my truck in Monday morning to have it looked at for a battery issue. I brought it in Sunday nig service center. However recently I was told to bring my truck in Monday morning to have it looked at for a battery issue. I brought it in Sunday night did not hear from the service center for two straight days. On the third day I came into the shop and asked, they said it had not been looked at yet. On the fourth day I asked again and they said it had not been looked at yet so they said they would have a tech look at it Friday morning. I requested a phone call by noon Friday to ensure that I had been looked at. That phone call was never made on Friday and when I went to retrieve my truck on Friday afternoon they said it had been looked at it once and all they knew was exactly what I explain to him earlier when I brought my truck in five days previously. So no repair and no truck for an elapsed 4.5 days. More

Absolutely worst service ever in all years owning a Ford… still not fixed car and no faith they even looked at to fix advisor never ever made me feel confident he did anything to solve my issue nor did he ha still not fixed car and no faith they even looked at to fix advisor never ever made me feel confident he did anything to solve my issue nor did he have any follow up or follow thru … they are working on everything in shop but my car i bought there new i was just a number .. issue not fixed nor do i feel they even looked at the biggest issue i had of hesitation when push on gas … it’s dangerous to drive etc … can’t recommend this service dept never felt they cared if fixed or not.. had it for three days past appointment before they said they looked at it lol 😂 … More

Don't buy a used car from them! I feel like we were lied to. When we called about a used car they said it had been checked by the Honda Service Dept but then after we had problems t I feel like we were lied to. When we called about a used car they said it had been checked by the Honda Service Dept but then after we had problems the DAY AFTER we picked up the car, they said it was never checked out by them before they sold it to us. How could they price a car they hadn't checked? It was cheap and now we know why! Lights that were not on when we test drove, all of a sudden came on the DAY AFTER we purchased it. It smelled like smoke, they promised to get it out. They didn't. It needed some serious detailing, they said they would do it, they didn't ..... until I pointed out some obvious areas...then it was done, but poorly. They were very nice but I feel very much swindled. Not a good first impression of Arkansas for me...AT ALL! We used a good amount of our moving fund for something to look for work in and now we have a car we don't trust with a smell that literally makes me ill - Bad form Springdale Ford, BAD FORM! More
