On the other hand, the day before I purchased my vehicle I felt taken advantage of as a young female trying to make my first car purchase on my own. Mike immediately scooped me up and pressured me into giving him my account number to my credit union before he would talk numbers with me. One thing I do know about trading in a vehicle is that what I owe on my car is initially my business. After the third or fourth attempt of him asking how much I owed on my vehicle, I left with no intention of coming back. However I was really interested in purchasing a certain vehicle. I came back the next day with a close family friend because I did not want to be taken advantage of again. We spoke to the manager about or situation and he gladly directed us to Isaiah. Needless to say, if you are a young female trying to purchase a vehicle at Springhill Toyota and are greeted by Mike, respectfully RUN don’t walk.
