Fantastic experience at this dealership from the moment that I pulled up and met Bob Pearson. He was engaged the minute I inquired about the vehicle, provided the additional details I asked for, and set up a time for us to meet that worked with my schedule. In person, Bob is even more delightful! He is forthcoming, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable about Toyota. At no point did I feel pressured, or misled about anything. Bob made it an enjoyable experience, like it's supposed to be. Bob is the high bar that other salespeople should hold themselves too. St Charles had the best advertised prices, and should be acknowledged as a fair, honest, upfront dealership- no games, no hidden fees. I appreciated the ease of this transaction - Bob was with me through the entire process. I was not bounced around from sales, to finance, to delivery like so many other dealerships; making you feel like being herded. Exact opposite experience here; I felt valued, and appreciated as a their Customer. They also respected my time, making me feel like a priority - I was headed home in my new vehicle within 2 hours. Not only have we never returned to a previous new or used car dealer, we’ve never recommended one to friends and family. Bob Pearson was such a pleasure to deal with while he explained the features and values of the car, the warranty, the dealership and himself and his methods. Everything was explained to our satisfaction, with a promise to be available to answer any future questions we may have. Also, the deal closing with Derrick Wiseman was pleasurable, with zero unexpected offers or expenses. I don’t know if Bob will still be there the next time we or anyone in our family needs a new or used vehicle, but we’ll find out- it will be our first stop. More
