Quick and Easy. I noticed that I was slightly overdue for an oil change and reached out to see if I could get in that afternoon. I love that I can grab a cup of coffee or a soda and either relax in their very nice lounge or hop on my computer in their work area. I was able to get some work done while waiting and enjoyed a cup of coffee while I was there. Great lounge, everything is always spotless and everyone is so friendly. More
Went in for my 24,000 Mile oil change and check-up, check-in and check-out was pleasant the people were decent. Got home and looked at the video they took while servicing my vehicle and found out that check-in and check-out was pleasant the people were decent. Got home and looked at the video they took while servicing my vehicle and found out that they did not replace my cabin filter but they charged me for one. I called the service manager and was told that the mechanic replaced my cabin filter and states he has the old one still which I find that hard to believe. He tried to mitigate the situation and offer a replacement engine filter no charge but this doesn't explain why they charged me for something that was clearly never done in the video and the service manager acted like it was no big deal I showed this service video to several people for an opinion and they all say the same thing, the mechanic said he looked at the engine and cabin air filter they looked alright no service needed so he put them back in. More

Chis was friendly, careful, and listened to my needs as a customer. I enjoyed the way he reviewed the bill. He even had the mechanic come and personally explain everything.
