Product knowledge: LOW - After specifically asking if the used vehicle I was interested in had auto start I was told by the salesman that in fact it did not have auto start but for an overly expensive price I could have it put it. Funny thing - the vehicle DID already have factory installed auto start.

The employees that I did come in contact with were very "pushy." As a customer who did their homework I was looking for the best deal around in all areas of the used car buying process. The finance employee was rude and disrespectful after I was honest with him about getting a lower interest rate elsewhere no matter what rate he gave me. The best part was when I went to pick up my vehicle I barely recieved a smile and the ones I did recieve were fake as can be. I guess they don't like when the tables are turned!!!!

I suggest learning how to check your emotions at the door when you come to work and never forget the customer is always right!

We recently purchased a new Rav4 after looking at the Subaru Forester and Honda CRV. Our vehicle shopping experience with Stacey Bertrand was the most enjoyable we have ever had. Stacey did a tremendous job of explaining the features of the vehicle, answering all of our many questions and accompanying us on our test drive. She is SOOO easy to talk to, and spent hours with us, allowing us the time to make our own decision. She even went so far as allowing us to test drive a used Honda CRV, in order for us to compare the two side by side. Her approach is to make sure you are purchasing the vehicle you are looking for rather than pushing a sale. We would highly recommend Stacey for your car shopping experience. I give this crew of folks 5/5!

I knew what I wanted and a few days prior, I was trying to cut a deal with Inver Grove Toyota. They gave me a low ball offer on my trade in, so the next day I called St. Cloud Toyota just to see what I might be able to get from them. I talked to Derek D'Arcy and he said they would beat the Inver Grove offer. I next talked to Bruce over the phone and sent him pics/info on my trade, he made me a great offer over the phone. I told him about the Camry SE on the Inver Grove lot. He said they could beat the Inver Grove price and give me a much better trade-in offer and they did exactly that and got me the exact car off of the Inver Grove lot. Justin helped me with the financing part and it went smooth as silk! D'Arcy is quite a character too, go see him if you're looking for a Toyota!

I was looking for a small SUV, choosing from 3 brands rated by Consumer Reports. The Toyota RAV4 was highly rated.
I found that the RAV met everything on my list of "wants". Stacey Bertrand was very helpful in showing me its features, answering my questions, etc. She followed up my first visit with a letter. After looking at the other brands, I returned to
St. Cloud Toyota, and after again talking/driving with Stacey, I decided to purchase the RAV. Justin Hollenkamp competently guided me through the purchase, explaining details, etc. I'm very happy with my purchase and feel assured that St. Cloud Toyota was a good place from which to purchase a vehicle.

We were looking for a used Camry and found one on CarSoup that was on the lot at St. Cloud Toyota. We called to confirm if the car was still on the lot before driving from St. Paul. It was. We walked in and Mitch Evens was at the desk, ready and willing to help us. He answered our questions and we went for a test drive. We agreed on a price. While they were finalizing the paperwork and prepping the car, we grabbed a quick lunch. When we returned, we signed the necessary documents and the car was ready to go. Mitch was great throughout the entire process. He made sure the tank was full and two Pepsis were in the beverage holder for us. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Stacy was a very easy person to talk with, was fluent on facts and features of the vehicle we purchased, and also answered all questions we had at the time of purchase as well as any follow up questions. She was like talking to one of your best friends. No pressure, and lots of patience. This was a great place to go car shopping! I worked with Stacey Bertrand and I couldn't have been happier. Not only did she help me figure out the ins and outs of buying/leasing a new car, she took time to answer all of my questions and helped me set up my car. My new car had to come from a different dealership and I wanted an autodimming rearview mirror and special floor mats. Not only did Stacey get me the car the next day, she also put a rush on the mirror and floor mats, and everything was ready by Wednesday (after I had only been in on Monday). Stacey came in on her day off to make sure everything was okay with my car and to make it as smooth a transition into my new one as possible.

If you're looking for a new Toyota, I recommend the St. Cloud Toyota Scion and, if possible, I really recommend working with Stacey.
