I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW CADILLAC ESCALADE ESV,IM A NATIVE NEW YORKER AND RECENTLY RETIRED AND RELOCATED TO P.A. I LIVE IN NAZARETH P.A. I TRIED 2 LOCAL CADILLAC DEALERSHIPS BEFORE VISITING STAR AND IM NATIVE NEW YORKER AND RECENTLY RETIRED AND RELOCATED TO P.A. I LIVE IN NAZARETH P.A. I TRIED 2 LOCAL CADILLAC DEALERSHIPS BEFORE VISITING STAR AND IM SURE GLAD I DID! NOTHING BUT POSITIVE AS FAR AS THE WAY I WAS TREATED UNLIKE OTHER CADILLAC DEALERS THAT WERE CLOSER TO HOME THAT WANTED ME TO BUY THE COLOR OR A MODEL THAT WAS CONVIENENT FOR THEM INSTEAD OF ME.STAR CADILLAC TREATED ME LIKE FAMILLY CURT COFFEY WAS GREAT MADE ME FEEL AT HOME AND WASNT AFFRAID IF HE WASNT SURE ABOUT THE FEATURES ON THE 2013 CADILLAC ESCALADE ESV PLATNIUM TO ASK INSTEAD OF JUST THE USUAL SALESMAN WOULD JUST MAKE THINGS UP AS THEY GO ALONG I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY VERY MUCH.HE WAS VERY NICE AND RESPECTIVE WITH ME AND MY WIFE HE MADE THINGS VERY EASY ESPECIALLY WITH THE HELP OF HOLLY JARRETT.I BROUGHT IN MY TRADE VECHICLE A 2011 GMC YUKON AND I SAID THIS IS HOW MUCH I CAN AFFORD TO PAY MONTHLY WITH MY TRADE IN AND THEY DID THERE NUMBER CRUNCHING AND MADE THINGS WORK,UNLIKE FAULKNER CADILLAC NOT TO MENTION NAMES BUT LOL,THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY LOST MY BUSINESS IN THE PAST 5 YEARS .WITH STAR OF QUAKERTOWN I FOUND A NEW HOME TO PURCHASE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS VECHICLE NEEDS,I PURCHASED ALL MY VECHICLES FOR 20YEARS FROM THE SAME DEALERSHIP IN NEW YORK IM GLAD I FINALLY FOUND A PLACE I CAN TRUST THAT IS MORE CONCERNED WITH MY NEEDS INSTEAD OF THERE OWN.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK STAR OF QUAKERTOWN AND ONE DAY I HOPE TO BRING IN MY YOUNG SONS WHEN ITS TIME FOR THEM TO START DRIVING AND PURCHASE THIER FIRST CAR.I WOULD EVEN FEEL SAFE LETTING MY WIFE PICK OUT HER OWN CAR WITHOUT WORRING ABOUT HER BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF,THATS SAYING ALOT...THANKS AGAIN CURT COFFEY AND THANKS AGAIN TO HOLLY JARRETT FOR PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER AND MAKING THINGS WORK I LOVE MY NEW ESCALADE ESV THANKS TO ALL AT STAR!!!!!!!!
