Below is the private reply I sent to you. I hoped you would have at least READ our reply to your complaint but weeks later, our reply remains "unopened" by you. I can't fix a "problem" if your only intent was to publicaly blast us and not accept my attempt at reconciliation. Here was my reply: I am sorry that you had a bad experience at our service department. You said, "I doubt they will ever respond." Incorrect. I take EVERY customer experience VERY seriously and I will be in touch with the General Manager and the Service Manager tomorrow (Monday) to discuss this with them. Give me a couple of days to get this problem resolved. I will contact you here if that's ok with you. If not you can call me Monday afternoon at the showroom.
