We had such a bad experience working with the service center at the original dealership that we leased this vehicle at, that I was personally ready to abandon General Motors for any future car purchases. All that being said, this dealership's service center has certainly earned my trust. From pinpointing the problem, to providing us with a loaner vehicle while it was being worked on, to actually being able to speak to the technician that performed the service after the work was complete, it has been a genuine pleasure.
