This has been the worst car buying experience of my life! Buyer beware! These men are scammers!!Purchased a $24,000 vehicle from them before driving off the lot engine oil light came on. Andres said they messed up the oil change and put more oil in to get the light to go off. I knew I shouldn’t have left with car but I felt stuck bc Andres kept pressuring and promising me there was nothing wrong with the car. Half home from our 2 hour ride the light came back on. Vip picked it up and said they fixed it. Yet we have no documentation. They won’t send it. My husband and son went to pick it up. It was promised the paperwork would be sent. No documents have been sent to date. Half way home the engine started smoking and smoke come out the tail pipe and there was no acceleration. They picked the car up to supposedly fix it! Two weeks later after us calling they said nothing is wrong with the car. Andres offered to drive the car to us. When he got here with the car, we recognized right away there was no acceleration. We refused the car. He kept saying there is nothing wrong and we don’t know how to drive the car. The car was purchased June 15,2023. Yesterday July 26, 2023 we paid to have a tow truck pick it up and sent to Subaru in Orlando. Today we received information that the car’s engine had been replaced and there is major engine damage to the car. It will be over $1,000 to get into the engine to get the root of the problem. When I called VIP auto I was told to call mr Mohammad. When called back to speak to him the man was extremely rude and condescending telling me Subaru is wrong and there is nothing wrong with car! He wouldn’t let me talk and keeping telling to listen to him! To top it all off because of the extra oil added by Andres that also needs to be fixed! This unfortunately has been my son’s first car buying experience and this is the worst possible thing that could happen. All money down from his savings, a car payment, and no car!!! They keep saying buyers remorse, do they really think I would making this up! Who would want this stress in their life! I know this place has caused us the most stressful and half of my life! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More

Once they have the money and your signature...you are NOBODY to them and they immediately have amnesia regarding their promises. Be very careful! Get everything and every word documented and written as an agreement. If they say they will fix a paint issue, make sure you get it documented that they would paint if necessary. If they say they will fix engine trouble, get it written by them. I bought a 2018 Honda Accord and so far, I have had to replace: - All four tires (low profile so expensive) - Both front headrests (leather bubbling) - Both front armrests (leather bubbling) - The center console (leather bubbling) - The car needs a catalytic converter, which costs like $ 2000. - Two mufflers...oh and the car is leaking oil Anthony was my salesperson and promised that if anything went bad, they'd take care of it...at least for a while. However, when I call, Anthony, the GM and the other managers just promise to call back, but never actually do. With what I've fixed so far, the car is worth more now. I wish they would just take it back and let me start over with literally any other dealer. More

SCAM ARTISTS STAY AWAY I purchased a 2013 Mercedes e350 diesel in September 2019. I noticed the check engine light on and asked for a warranty on the car before purchase. They reassured me that if the car was not drivable which was my biggest concern they would definitely work with me. Reluctantly I signed the no warranty contract. Sure enough they sold me the car with the check engine light on. I took the car to Mercedes maitland and they said that my purchase was going to be a money hole because the knox sensor was bad. 3800 to fix which I couldn't afford. On top of that there is a massive oil leak in the car on upper oil pan and lower.(20hr job) 6500 to fix for a total of 10,300 in repairs and the car was sold to me at 17500. I went back to the vip auto and of course they gave me the run around and never contacted me for help. I trusted this these guys and they screwed me. I have lost my job because I couldn't get to work and the car is still sitting in the drive way. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE! I STILL CANT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED TO ME. More
