My experience at State Line Jeep was wonderful. I began my new car search with an online price request which was answered within 3 hours of the request. All negotiations were very friendly and geared towards getting us everything we wanted for the price we wanted. At no time were we pressured to settle for something less or give up options to make the jeep fit our payment requirements. The finance application was very smooth and very fast. The finance managers actually helped to work out payments and terms without a full credit check and were sensitive and respectful to our specific needs. As soon as we had agreed on the right jeep, terms and payments the applications were done and ready for me when I arrived to make the purchase. This was also the first time I had been contacted by the dealer's business office to come back in briefly as they had secured a lower finance rate than we initially agreed on. I was very impressed at how well they looked after me and my family. They really seemed to understand our situation and were very active in making sure we got everything we wanted. I would refer anyone that wants to buy a Jeep to go see Joe or Kelvin at State Line. As a team they are extremely knowledgable on their products and if they don't have exactly what you want on the lot, they will find it and get it there in a hurry. My husband and I took a Saturday afternoon to go out and look at cars. We selected this dealership first because of the ad we had seen in the Charlotte Observer. My Parker greeted us when we drove on the lot, very professional and was very interested in showing us several vehicles even though it was extremely hot. We liked working with him, first because he knew a lot about the cars and 2nd he was not a pushy sales person, took ample time to answer our questions and was deligently in getting the price we were willing to pay. We purchased a 300 Hemi-C and were pleased with the overall price and customer service from Mr. Parker and the other staff members. I was shopping on the internet for a special edition Challenger SRT8, which I could not find in my home town of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. After dealing with several other dealerships on this specific car, Stateline was heads and shoulders above the rest. So much so, that I flew into Charlotte airport and was picked up by a salesman and driven to the dealership to pick up my new Challenger SRT8. The entire staff welcomed me and thanked me for coming up from Florida to purchase this car at Stateline Dodge. Filling out the paper work was completed in less than one hour and I was handed the keys to my new special edition 2010 Challenger SRT8 which was detailed and had a full tank of gas. After two fill ups and 10 hours of driving, I was back home in South Florida.
