I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They always do an inspection here whenever you bring your vehicle in and they found that one of my tires had a nail in it and the tire was rotation. They always do an inspection here whenever you bring your vehicle in and they found that one of my tires had a nail in it and the tire was loosing air. My truck has a monitor for this kind of thing, but I didn’t pay attention to it a couple of days ago when it reported that I had a tire that needed air. The guys in the shop found this and advised me to replace the tire because of the location of the puncture, which I agreed to. I’m so glad that I bought a comprehensive repair warranty for glass and tires when I bought the truck at Stephen Wade. I’m very grateful that they paid attention when performing their jobs. They got me back on the road in short order. Edwin was the service manager who kept me informed during my visit and Shawn Ames, my salesman did a great job of explaining what was happening and offering me a ride if I needed it.
