I have had a Lexus car in each year of the last 25 years - Lately, my experience with the dealership of the service costs is negative. The comparable service costs for tires, alignment, oil change is at lea - Lately, my experience with the dealership of the service costs is negative. The comparable service costs for tires, alignment, oil change is at least 25%-40% higher. They also charge shop materials at a flat rate although some services don’t require any significant amount of shop supplies. Moreover, the advertisement promotional charges contain a fine print that is never explained which - in an alignment done in April 2025 - increased the prices by almost 20%. Tires are almost always higher than the market - I m glad we have Discount Tires and Good Year Tire shops to fall back on. More
