We stopped in one morning and were simply looking at cars on the lot and Jared happened to walk by and became a huge help immediately. We found our way into the showroom and soon met Peter and found ourselves test driving a car. The process to that point was absolutely pressure free. We left and came back two days later and worked with Kim and left having purchased a 2014 Subaru outback. The whole process was great and we are happy with our choice. More

Instead, I felt welcomed, not pressured, and taken care of. I am really happy with my new car, and I am also happy with the experience of buying it. I was surprised that the negotiation felt so fair and was fairly simple. Just today I went for my 1,000-mile check-up, which provided a window into the service dept. as well. That, too, was a positive experience, and I love the idea of doing a check-in like that to make sure all is running as it should. I also want to send a special shout-out to Julie Fialho. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she did a great job walking me through the features on my new car. I loved working with these capable women when buying a car -- how cool is that? -- but honestly everyone who helped me was top notch. More
