Absolutely LOVE this dealership!!!! I was in quite a nasty situation. I was having to rent a car out of pocket after totaling my car. I needed a replacement car asap but non of the ot I was in quite a nasty situation. I was having to rent a car out of pocket after totaling my car. I needed a replacement car asap but non of the other Subaru dealerships could get me the exact car I wanted without special ordering, and I was continuing to throw away money every day on a rental car. One night when I was pretty stressed out and about ready to settle for a Subaru that I didn't really want, Steve Lewis contacted me and told me they could get my exact car the by the next morning. They had to put all hands on deck in order to make this happen for me. They pulled strings and worked hard and gave me the best customer service I have EVER experienced at a dealership. John Acadia and Jesse Bilodeau were absolutely wonderful. Those guys helped me out so much. Thank you! Even though I live over an hour away, I will be getting ALL my maintenance done by this dealership because I loved how I was treated so much. Thank you Steve Lewis Subaru! Fun and pain free I wasn't sure if I'd ever be able to let go of my 1997 Subaru Legacy. It took just the right person to get me to close the door on my old car. My sale I wasn't sure if I'd ever be able to let go of my 1997 Subaru Legacy. It took just the right person to get me to close the door on my old car. My salesman, Peter, was so empathetic, respectful, fun, competent and caring. He was never pushy. When I asked him when would be a good time to buy a car, he said, "When I was 100% ready to move forward, that is the best time." I like it that he never pressured me. He completely respected my own timeframe and decision-making process. He even forgave me when I kind of waffled. In the end, he located the exact car I wanted (in terms of colors and options). All that said, I have to warn you, that he is kind of psychic. In the course of a joking conversation, when I said I'd take pretty much any color except a red car, he was like, "well it's not like it's a 1968 Camaro," by chance naming the exact make and model of my very first car, which ended up being a target for other drivers. I'm not sure what it means if your car salesman is psychic. All I can say is that I trust him--at least as much as I'd ever trust a car salesman (and I don't mean that as a diss; my father was once a car salesman!). More

terrible service and finance work First off, I'm I'm college and was looking to buy something new that would last me through the rest of it and some more, with luck. I was in a rather First off, I'm I'm college and was looking to buy something new that would last me through the rest of it and some more, with luck. I was in a rather right financial position, but I knew that I could make something work, and that I wanted a subaru. So I went in and talked to a sales man, and a day later, I went in and filled out an app to get a new crosstrek. Up to that point, it was an okay experience, all of the people that I had dealt with were a little cocky and would constantly body about either themselves or the dealer, but I assumed that was normal, but the sales man was downright annoying with it and was too friendly, an act really. Well. The next day I called in around noon because no one had gotten back with me, and I couldn't reach my sales man and the guy on the phone said he would get back with me. But never did. I called again around 5 and was told the same thing. When my sales man called me back, he told me that they could not make the crosstrek work, and that he was "busy", but I drove by the dealer twice that day for work and the place was empty. In the end. They couldnt even make a base impreza work, and the sales man was very rude on the phone when he told me. I find it funny becaus3 I went to bertera subaru and for the same money down, they got me a fully loaded impreza sport limited, and even came in bellow my monthly payment. The whole ordeal just bothered me Becuase they basically blew got air up my butt and treated me like a child, so unless your older and can be taken seriously apparently, don't count on them being willing to do anything for you. More
Wonderful experience My parents had bought a Subaru for here and I also purchased my new outback from them recently. They were very nice and not pushy at all. Peter was extremely knowledgable and took me on a wonder test ride that really let me see the car under different conditions and see all the features of the car. More

I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in, but everyone was nice and helpful and left us alone when we were initially looking at cars. When we wanted to ask questions, Jesse was very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to be helpful and get us exactly what we were looking for. He even came and picked us up from our house in a snowstorm to show us how the car handled in snow! I highly recommend Jesse and Steve Lewis Subaru after this experience and will be returning there in the future! More
