I was told they had one and would have it here in a few days. That was not true. The guy that helped us Tony and another guy who said he was Tony. Showed us the truck but didn't know much. I ended up buying it cash outright. I was told cash deals were not a big deal. It was to me 65thou and change was a lot. So now picking it up John and Ali helped us. I had told Tony we would be in to pick it up. The moonroof need the shade fixed and would be ready. It was not. Ali helped us and was great. Treated us like royalty. John walked us through truck showed us lots of tips and how too's it really helped. If I was going this experience again I would buy from John and Ali they were and are the best. John was Knowledgeable about the Ram Trucks and even sent us a web sight of videos to help us. He even said to call if we needed help. He wasn't the guy who sold us the truck and I so wish they were the other two seemed to not have it together or were out when we needed help. Now ask about Normandin Chrysler. I give them a zero. Worst ever. Told couldn't help us they had no fully loaded in stock and wouldn't look for one and walked away. No sale for them Ps. I Love My New Truck!!! Mike G More
If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I will NEVER go back to this shop. I’m really going to try not to go into too much detail. It’s very difficult as we’ve been dealing with this dea I will NEVER go back to this shop. I’m really going to try not to go into too much detail. It’s very difficult as we’ve been dealing with this dealership for the last year. We purchased a used Jeep in January 2018 with a 3rd party warranty. 3 months later I take it in for an oil change and was told that the e-brake, transmission and clutch needed to be replaced. One month goes by and they finally get a transmission ordered. It took one month because our rep was inefficient and almost never returned my calls. To get something done, I usually had to go down to the shop, I even gave my own warranty company the parts & labor pricing to get the authorization, which he was supposed to do. Once that was done, they ordered the transmission, turned out it was on back order for months, but we didn’t find that out until about 3 months later when they finally disclosed this information to us. Then when we go to pick it up, they tell us our battery is dead which they covered because it was in their care. Anyhow, after a pretty stressful 5 months we finally got our Jeep back with a used transmission installed in it (which we were fine with because it included an extended warranty). Everything was fine… Until... Two months later when we brought our Jeep in to a different shop for an oil change in which they told us we also had a transmission leak. Great, and the extended workmanship warranty is with Stevens Creek CJDR so we had to bring it back to them for the repair. They repair the leak but then another two months later we bring our Jeep in to another repair shop for the takata recall and find out that there is another transmission leak. So, brought the Jeep back to Stevens Creek CJDR for them to fix the transmission leak. They had it for a few days and said they repaired the leak but one month later while we’re on vacation and are packing up to head home, we start the Jeep and notice it sounds a little odd. When we start driving we notice the gears are kind of making a low grinding noise. We’re pretty much in the middle of nowhere so we decide we’ll attempt to drive it to the nearest town. We make it to town and take it to a shop where they informed us that the transmission fluid was bone dry and that the transmission was dead. We towed the vehicle to the nearest Chrysler dealership because since we’re not within X amount of miles from Stevens Creek CJDR, now we can take it to any Chrysler dealership. It takes 2 weeks for Stevens Creek CJDR to order the transmission, one week for it to finally arrive at the shop and another week to get it replaced. The transmission was so bad that it also broke the clutch so we had to have that replaced too. I had to call Chrysler Resolutions for them to take care of it because Stevens Creek CJDR went radio silent when I tried to ask them to cover it, especially since we just replaced the clutch 6 months prior. This whole debacle was an extremely stressful and painful process but after a year of dealing with Stevens Creek CJDR, I’m very happy that we never have to bring it back to them again. Because now, we’re 6 hours away from the dealership that just replaced the transmission and clutch so we can go to any Chrysler Dealership to cover any repairs to the transmission. More
The worst experience ever I have never had a worse experience with a car salesman. Here's a few atrocious things the salesman said: 1. We asked if we could look at the Jeep and he said sure take a look and started watching TV instead of walking us through the features 2. We asked if we could test drive the Jeep and he said "you've never driven a Jeep and you want to buy one?" 3. Then he finally let us test drive it and when I asked for the vehicle features/options he said "the normal options" 4. When we got off the test drive, we had to again ask him to give us a quote because he just walked away. He said he can't give us a quote for lease options without filling out the credit application. He said "you're asking me to solve a problem without giving me the right information. You need to tell me how much you make, your credit score and only then can I tell you" 5. We explained to him how we always get a quote for lease optjons even without filling out the credit application. He said "well if you want a number it's $600 but I am just throwing that number at you without knowing anything" 6. He was stupid enough to say "show me one other car maker which will give you a quote without filling in a credit application" 7. He may have been making the judgement that we weren't going to be able to afford that car. It's not how you treat any prospective client and I've lost interest in the Jeep itself because of this experience. More

Didn't service our urgent security replacement Bad service. We have got manufacturer notice for URGENT security replacement from Jeep and when I called to this service, they told me that next avail Bad service. We have got manufacturer notice for URGENT security replacement from Jeep and when I called to this service, they told me that next available window for this URGENT check is on April 2019, IN 6 MONTHS. When they revealed that we didn't buy our car from them, they refused to deal with us and even stopped picking up the phone. I sent notice to Jeep to make them aware about such a bad service. Boardwalk Jeep service is farther but service there is much better. I've got my urgent security replacement in couple days. More
2 weeks and going on, just to (supposedly) replace battery Jeep Cherokee Is plagued with the same transmission problems since it was released. Also, 3.2L engine has endless issues with Start Stop electronics. Jeep Cherokee Is plagued with the same transmission problems since it was released. Also, 3.2L engine has endless issues with Start Stop electronics. You might think it's worth trying it, because it's cheaper that comparable vehicles. *** Well, think again, as you will have hard time servicing those issues** I got it in for service, for the Start/Stop service light. Had to schedule TWO WEEKS in advance. Even then they couldn't get to it until tomorrow. Took them a week just to determine the light was on due to the failed main battery. Good. Well, the problems just start here: they say the batteries are back-ordered and it'll take a month! I am thinking - they (the dealership or the FCA) are supposed to give me a loaner now - so the cost of a loaner for a month is better for them then grabbing a battery from a local store? xxx? Am I in the Twilight Zone? Well, the answer to this question comes back soon- calling Jeep And FCA doesn't help - they won't give you a loaner and they don't care about the Lemon Law. And sure they are right - I personally don't look to get involved into a lawsuit as there is nothing for me there. So, FCA clearly pushes me to buy a new battery myself, and be done with this. Which is exactly what I wanted to do except: I get a call tomorrow from the dealership that PARTS ARE HERE and I can get my car the next day afternoon, if I drop it off at 7am. Sure I did, but again, it takes them 2 days just to get to my car. 3 days more and guess what: They tell me THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR PARTS. Aaargh. Ok, I tell them not to f* with me, just give me rental. Surprisingly they do, but again, they promise the car will be done tomorrow. Sure it's not. The whole week passes, no responses. My car IS THERE FOR TWO WEEKS NOW SUPPOSEDLY BECAUSE THE BATTERY FAILED. Duh. Obviously - LIARS. Only they know what's going on with that car, which is not something I care about, but I am on the hook for 2 weeks to "be ready to pickup up the car tomorrow", yet it didn't happen. Pay attention that Normandin is just slightly better and really, you shouldn't be buying Chrysler around here as it's risky with the dealership being so poor. These guys are far behind the service level I had on my Mazda in the nearby Oak Tree Mazda. More
Customer service and sales were painfull I bought a 2018 Grand Cherokee Overland, "the car is great" but the sales procedure was painfull. I brought the car in today for a L.OF. and tire rotation? I had made an appointment the week before . When I should up at 9:50 AM I waited 40 minutes to talk to a service advisor who told me it would be the end of the day before they would be done. BTW when i made the appointment they told me I could wait and the it would take 20 minutes to an hour. Not Happy Ace the Service writer was nice and apologetic for the situation but also said it was the norm More

You may h Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else. I would suggest driving to the Fremont Dodge or the Boardwalk dodge in Redwood City... You may have better luck. This "business" provides terrible customer service. In November I paid $60,000.00 for a 2018 Durango R/T. The sales process was what everyone expects from a car sales process, therefore, I don't have any complaints about the ACTUAL sale of the automobile, but that's the extent of my satisfaction with this place. Upon the finalization of the sale, they could not adequately wash my vehicle and remove some adhesive from the body of the vehicle itself. They were unable to rewash the vehicle at that time, so they asked me to return. I scheduled time out of my day to do so in which they rewashed the car and still did not remove all the adhesive. I understand that it is not about removing the adhesive (I did it myself)... It was more about the idea of being able to take care of a minor detail that I would think was important when making a significant purchase. I cleaned it myself and hoped I was done with it. Less than 2 months in, my driver side seat began to creak whenever I hit a bump or accelerated/decelerated. I scheduled an appointment on Feb 7th and brought the car in. They acknowledged the issue and said there was some plastic rubbing against some metal that they "shimmed down" and put foam between. It did not sound like a permanent solution to me, but they said it would work. on 2/9 I realized that now my seat memory was not holding the driver's settings. Also, I got an alert through my system that claimed there was "Engine System Malfunction. The vehicle onboard diagnostic system has detected a malfunction" I called again to make another appointment. When I explained to the rep what was happening, he said they could not reproduce the issue and asked if I just wanted to ignore the issue. Understandably I said no, I don't want to ignore it and he replied by saying it could take up to a month to diagnose and asked if I was alright waiting. I explained that I felt that was ridiculous but they would have to provide me a rental car for the amount of the time that they would have the car. He said they would not do that. This is when Yolanda stepped in, she explained they would run a diagnosis and we would go from there. As it turns out, they fixed the seat memory issue, and the "Alert" is a known issue that has to do with the Radio. (I got it in writing). I took the car back. Now the seat squeaking is back. I tried to call the service department and got sent to voicemail twice, then put on hold and eventually transferred to voicemail again. I called and left the message with the General Manager and have yet to hear back from him. A friend of the family is looking to switch to Dodge 2 of his leases and needless to say, unless something changes drastically, I am steering him WAY clear of this place. If you value your time, energy, effort, sanity. It is worth the drive to another dealership. The only decent experience I have had since the purchase was with Yolanda who is the only person that seems like she actually cares. I very much hope this can be resolved. More
