Our search for a new family car led us to Stevinson Lexus of Fredrick where we had found a used vehicle online that we were interested in. Our first point of contact was Chris Rogers and right from the start Chris was informative, friendly and knowledgeable about the product and process. Chris was very open about the vehicle’s condition and sensitive to our distance from the dealership and was willing to give us a virtual tour of the vehicle – walking around it, and going through the interior, describing every detail so that we could make an informed decision about driving the 81 miles to look at it. As it turns out we did make the trip to Stevinson of Fredrick and we did purchase the vehicle. Chris explained how Stevinson Lexus works and that only the best of the best of the used inventory ends up on the lot. I would agree. Just for our own piece of mind we took the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection (after we’d bought it) at our local mechanic and the entire vehicle checked out with high marks in all mechanical and functional categories. Chris had explained the thorough inspection that all used vehicles go through at Stevinson Lexus and I believe that this dealership takes pride in every vehicle that leaves their property. As our needs evolve we would consider Stevinson Lexus of Fredrick in the future for other vehicle needs, only the next time we would have fewer questions and concerns knowing that the product on the lot will be exactly as described and the process will be worry free. The dealership itself is extremely clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to do business. Employees like Chris further enhance the experience. More

Jay is the consumate employee. He is more concerned with establishing a solid, reciprocal relationship than forcing a sale. Our experience in working with Jay Anderson to purchase our 2012 Lexus RX350 was easily the best we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Jay was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very thoughtful. We never felt pushed or pressured into a decision. In fact he encouraged us to drive and compare all of the vehicles on our list. He was also very prompt in resopnding to questions we had via email and telephone. Cheryl and I can honestly say it was a real pleasure working with Jay. He is a wonderful example of the Lexus standard of excellence. On the day we took delivery, Travis Graves was responsible for the actual transaction. He too was very pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our brief time with him as he explained the warranty purchase options and prepared all of the paperwork. Travis was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining all of the forms for our signature. Shane Swenson gave us a detailed introduction to the RX and was more than pateint in the process. We had a limited amount of time for this introduction due to a previous engagement and Shane did a great job of getting through everything we needed to know. He clearly knows his stuff and is great with people. More

I always receive very friendly service from Matt. He also takes the time to carefully explain all options when I come in for service. I also find that this dealer stands behind their work. In this case, some work tht was done a year ago didn't quite hold up but Matt made sure it was rectified and it now looks as good as new. I was greeted by William Overton and he made me feel like a VIP at a 5 star hotel. Bill(he said I could call him Bill) showed me a 2008 GX400h. Long story short, I test drove the car, loved it. My wife brought our daughter out and my wife drove it and loved it! After looking at several other makes and models the Lexus was a no-brainer. Bill made the whole process easy and fun. There were a few issues but Bill handled them quickly. He also introduced me to the General Manager, that was nice. OH, Bill came to my home and brought me to the Dealership to do the paperwork and that made it easy for me to get in the car and drive it home to surprise my wife. Bill also let me borrow a BIG RED BOW to put on the car when my wife opened the garage. My wife loves the car, she likes the idea that the car is certified and has a warranty. We look forward to having our Lexus serviced and maintained at your store. The way we were treated assures us that any future contact for any reason will be pleasant. Thanks to William(Bill) Overton.
