My Review Of Stevinson Lexus of Frederick:
I have been a satisfied Toyota/Lexus owner since college and I usually don’t have time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my most recent positive experience (and we all know a positive experience is not always the case when acquiring a new or used vehicle). I always utilize Consumer Reports for helping to decide on the most reliable vehicle that I can afford and I have not been disappointed.
I was looking to purchase a vehicle and had dealt with Stevinson Lexus of Frederick in the past with very good experiences in sales and service, so I contacted Chris Rogers (my previous sales person) and we talked a bit about what I wanted and he invited me to come in and see what my options were.
The process is always somewhat time consuming and sometimes stressful, but Stevinson Lexus, and those that I dealt with (Chris Rogers, and Adam in finance) have really streamlined this process to make it smooth and easy. No BS, no tricks, no games, just a quick discussion, test drives and negotiation on desired vehicles and price range and we made a good deal that was a win/win for me (I saved good money) as well as the dealership (they still made a reasonable profit).
Everything about the lease/purchase process and the details of the vehicles (trade-in, new feature operations, warranties, title/insurance, extras, etc.) was explained clearly and concisely and I was in and out of there in about 90 minutes or so.
This is the way car buying should be! If you are going to lease/purchase a vehicle, I would recommend to call Stevinson Lexus of Frederick and ask for Chris Rogers and you should expect to have a good experience and feel like a satisfied customer when you leave with your vehicle and as long as you own it.
