Dan Conklin was easy to work with and great at helping me find the exact car that I wanted. When I first stopped in the dealership, they didn't have a car that fit my criteria...but Dan made sure to let me know when they got a car in that fit my needs perfectly. I recently needed to trade in my old car for a newer one that I could have in the mountains. I searched around went to go Toyota on Arapahoe road they were garbage, tried to sell me a car that wasn't worth it and tried to lo ball me on my trade in. After leavening there discouraged i found a similar FJ Cruiser at Stevenson Toyota west called up and talked to joe he told me about that and other ones like that one that they had on the lot living up in vail it's a drive to look at a car so I left early in the morning joe met me with a red bull and we went test driving. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in and a good price on the vehicle. Joes a great guy and I'm truly happy with my purchase and how he was able to help me. This dealership is Awsome don't buy ever from GO or any auto nation support Colorado.

I want to thank you for all your effort and hard work in searching for a car for me, even though we did not find one. I know that finding a car that fit my needs within my budget was nearly impossible. I was very impressed with your courtesy, honesty and no-nonsense approach. Unlike a certain one of your competitors, I never felt any high-pressure sales tactics or bombarded with baloney. Even when we were exploring the possible "creative" methods of getting me into a car through financing, I did not feel any pressure from you. You paid attention to detail and did your best to meet my needs. I felt respected and that I was treated like a VIP even though I had very little money to spend. You did an outstanding job of representing Stevinson as the best car dealer in town and upholding their image and reputation.

I stopped by to look at a pick up truck that was in the inventory on the website. I had been emailing several dealerships about certain trucks and Garrett was always prompt to answer any questions that I asked by email. I really hadn't planned to buy one that day... sure in the next couple of weeks or so...but Garrett was low key, very knowledgable and nice. The price negotiation was quick and fair and he explained all the steps and estimated the time it would take to complete all the paperwork. As soon as I agreed, he set the wheels in motion and the paperwork meeting took the amount of time estimated and the truck was waiting all clean and ready for me to drive off. He demo'd the bluetooth, discussed the 4WD and other modes available and when to use them, showed how to lower the spare tire and many other things. Thanks for making this purchase so enjoyable!

My husband and I went in to look at purchasing a vehicle and when we finally made the decision to buy, the dealership was closing. I called Kendall and they stayed late into the night to work on the paperwork. When we returned the next morning, Kendall had our vehicle cleaned and ready to go! We did become frustrated when we had to wait 45 minutes for a financing manager, but it was totally worth it!

Hugh was much more than just helpful; everything he did won us over. The way he guided us through the process and the way he took care of preparing our vehicle for pickup was more than we could have expected from any regular employee. I will be looking through your inventory regularly to see if there is another vehicle that we can call Hugh about. Hugh proved to us that we can trust him. Really happy with the experience. Stan was very patient and willing to answer any question I had. This was important to me as a new car purchase is quite a stressful thing for me.
