My Review of Stevinson Toyota West:
Test drive with Steve was excellent, we were able to check out hills, turning radius, braking. The market for small SUVs is very competitive (RAV4) but we were happy with the features and pricing of available vehicles. Ray was also easy to work with and knowledgeable. Barely any haggling necessary to get a fair price. I would recommend Stevinson along with Ray, Steve, and Debra for making the car buying experience a positive one.

My Review of Stevinson Toyota West:
Hoang was excellent to work with in the special order purchase of my Trail Teams Edition FJ Cruiser. He was knowledgeable about the car and we were able to secure a hard to find manual transmission. Rating would be higher if we were not forced to submit to a credit check when we already had financing in place. Process took too long and since we already had external financing, we didn't need to go through their sales pitch for Toyota financing. This is not a reflection on Hoang who did a great job, but more on the policies of this dealership and others regarding pushing dealer financing.

My Review of Stevinson Toyota West:
Klaus greeted us right as we walked in the door and I showed him the Hyundai I was interested in buying that I had pulled up on my phone via the Cars.com app. It was raining that day,so he got the keys and ran out to the lot and brought it back under the roof so we didn't have to sit in the rain to look at it. The car drove great as I expected it would since I had test driven a few other Hyundai's the week prior. The alignment seemed to be a little off and the car was pulling to the right. Klaus assured me that if I bought the car, they'd fix it.

After a brief price negotiation, we reached a deal and went up to finance and the rest is history. The dealership mechanics did a re-alignment on the car and it seems to be driving fine. Klaus and the whole team there were very professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who finds a car there.

My Review of Stevinson Toyota West:
We rented a RAV4 last fall and traveled over 5,000 miles. We were very pleased with the performance of the car while on the trip. When we decided to purchase a new car for my commute to work, we looked at the RAV4. The reason we came to Stevenson Toyota was because my mother had purchased a Toyota Corolla a few years back at Stevenson after having had a hip surgery. Ray Saccommano treated my mother so wonderfully that I remembered it several years later. When we walked up to the dealership, Ray was the one who greeted us. I remembered him right away. We purchased our RAV4 last week and we love it. Ray treated us very well as did Michael Doucet. There was no back and forth haggling. They gave us what we considered a fair price, and we paid in cash.

Tony was very informed about the Prius and other cars in the Toyota line. He explained and answered all of our questions. He was very patient as he helped us with the technical part of the car, linking us to our cell phones, etc. He has a very sunny disposition and is a delight to be with. We love doing business with Tony and the Stevinson staff. All are so friendly and helpful.

My Review of Stevinson Toyota West:
We were very pleased with our experience purchasing our new Prius V. Steve was patient and helpful, answering our questions and taking us for multiple test drives. We did not feel the sales pressure that we had felt at other dealerships. We were so pleased with our interactions with Steve that, although we didn't Need the new car until July/August, we chose to bump up our time-frame to get the car we wanted. Although I'm still slightly nauseous about the overall price of the vehicle, I know that both Steve and our finance person did a great job cutting us deals and providing us with the options we wanted at more reasonable prices. We probably won't need a new car for several more years (fingers crossed!) but when we do, we will come back to Stevinson Toyota West.

In the market for a good used car, my first test drive was with Tony Salazar at Stevinson Toyota. Tony was great! He listened and connected me to the car I wanted without trying to force me into a decision. I had a few more test drives at other dealerships, but the Toyota Used Car Certification and warranty combined with the great price had me back at Stevinson in the end. Tony went above and beyond the call of duty to make the final sale easy, and now I have a great 'new' car! Thanks!!

Have dealt with a another dealership (local( for years. Decided to go to Stevenson after not getting the price I wanted for my local dealership even though the drive was a little out of the way. Was referred to Tony Salazar by a co-worker. Had a great experience- didn't have to go back and forth to get a price that I felt was within reason and was acceptable. Tony was very helpful, made sure I got the truck I wanted.

I'm buying my next vehicle from Tony.
