I am always so impressed with Steve Heath and his team that I had to share my thoughts. They always go the extra mile to manage my service needs and make me feel like an important customer. At times I eve that I had to share my thoughts. They always go the extra mile to manage my service needs and make me feel like an important customer. At times I even ask quite a few questions and Steve is always extremely patient And explains everything very well. Between excellent communication, prompt response time and superior product knowledge they have a Volvo customer for life. I see when I am there that’s the way he treats all of his customers. We had a wonderful experience buying our first Volvo from Stillman Volvo Cars. Our salesman, David Parry, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. After spending a Saturday morning test d Stillman Volvo Cars. Our salesman, David Parry, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. After spending a Saturday morning test driving vehicles, getting a Volvo education from David, and looking at what Stillman had in stock, we decided to place an order for an XC90. When the estimated delivery date for the vehicle we ordered was shifted to a date that was very close to our first baby’s due date, we decided to change our plans and purchase an in stock XC90 that was similar to the one we ordered. David was great at accommodating this change of plans and made the switch very simple. We picked up the vehicle yesterday, and after arranging financing with Angelo and receiving an extremely helpful technology tutorial from Austin, we left the dealership very happy campers. We can’t wait to drive our baby home in our new Volvo in just a few short weeks! More
