Stillman Volvo offers the worst customer service imaginable. I’ve been to this company twice in the last month for the same issue, They performed a diagnostic test then charged me for what they sa imaginable. I’ve been to this company twice in the last month for the same issue, They performed a diagnostic test then charged me for what they said was the issue, when the check engine light came back on they told me it was another issue then charged me again for the issue now that the light came back on for the exact same issue they are refusing to guarantee there parts and they are refusing to give me a loner., for a issue that was suppose to have been resolve when they supposedly performed the first diagnostic test. Being as that’s what a diagnostic test is for to definitely find out why the check engine light is on. This particular company has scamming trait because the the worker are paid by commission giving them incentive to over charge.. The employee I dealt with is Mike don’t trust there services. More

We were moving to California on the 25th of August, but the Stillman recommended Transporter was unable to pick our car up in time. Ryan took care of this for us, and our car was picked up at Stillman’s today. He even had her cleaned and ready with normal “gear-drive” for the Transport driver.
