The 2010 Traverse I bought new from another dealer was giving me minor concerns. When I took it back to this dealer they told me it was normal. Then someone told me about Stingray and told me to ask for M giving me minor concerns. When I took it back to this dealer they told me it was normal. He was very professional and took it for a drive and believed what I was saying (even though it didn’t show... go figure). I left it with him and WOW. He took care of it and me. Like I was family and we’d never met. When it came back it drove like I thought it should from the moment I purchased it. I also asked for the 30000 mile service from Stingray. Priced the car on line then asked for a quote over the phone the phone for a trade in. After getting the quote I stopped in the dealership and recieved an additional 2000 dollars for my trade. Left that day and come back a few days later and inspected the car before deciding to purchase it. Made a couple phone calls to Felix Waters and told him we would take the car. The next day all paperwork and finacing was in order when arriving at the dealer. spent an hour going over the car with felic and about 35 minutes on paperwork and we were out of there. We bought a new volt in august. Took it in because the blue tooth is unusable due to road noise blocking any conversation at 40 or above, simple problem should be a simple solution. Two days later, without a car, they are unable to fix it. They admit there is a problem, just can't fix it. Never received a phone call on the issue in two days, When I called the service advisor Debbie, she had left at noon without bothering to call. I was referred to the service manager, left a message for him to call back on the issue since he didn't answer, still have not heard from him. Horrible customer service. The car was cheap from them, just don't go there for service, they are very bad. going to go get my unrepaired car after two days and take it to someone that cares a bit and might fix the problem.
