My Review of Stivers Lincoln Mercury of Iowa:
I thought that we made a deal and sealed it with a hand shake. Well, a hand shake used to mean something but apparently not anymore. Two days later when we tried to pick up the car it turned out to be 4,000 dollars higher than agreed upon and when approached about it they all atarted to back pedal and refused to deal with the issue. Well, ok not all of them the GM wouldn't even talk to us because he was too scared. I guess they don't teach you how to deal with problems in college. NO I will never recomend this dealer to anyone ever!
