So as you can see in my previous review, I was so impressed and happy with my car buying experience as well as the awesome sales staff especially Brandon "Slim" Heaps, that we went back two days late impressed and happy with my car buying experience as well as the awesome sales staff especially Brandon "Slim" Heaps, that we went back two days later and bought another new car. This time we bought a new 4 door Civic. So thats 2 brand new cars from the same dealer in two days. That should tell you how impressed we were with our salesman as well as all the staff at Stockton to Malone honda. We couldnt be happier. These guys have us as customers for life, I wont even consider buying a car somewhere else. keep up the good work guys. More
My husband and I went to the Stockton to Malone Honda dealership back in February while we were in Utah looking for houses (we moved here from Florida just a few days ago). While there, we met Alex Schneider who was beyond helpful, and very nice! He wasn't pushy at all and we instantly liked him. Therefore, we kept his card until we moved here and went back to Stockton-Malone Honda last week because of the positive experience we had already had with Alex. While there on Monday, we met John Chuidian, who was also extremely nice, energetic, and FULL of knowledge. I think he knows the Honda Pilot better than Mr. Honda, himself :) Seriously, though, he did a great job, was extremely thorough and helped answer all of our questions, and even questions we didn't know that we had. Then, when we made the decision to enter into a lease on the Pilot, they were both very helpful and made the LONG process well worth it. Overall, we have had a great experience with the dealership and would definitely return. These were the two nicest, and in our opinion, best, salesmen we have ever worked with. More

He helped me find the exact car in the exact color that I wanted. He bent over backwards to make me happy with my purchase. In the end, I got the black 2 door Civic that I had set out to find. I LOVE my car! Everyone I worked with was great! The managers came out to talk with me. Everyone seemed so friendly and made me feel at home. I got a great deal on the car (I did my research). They walked me through every step of the purchase process. And the best part was that they were patient with me since I am not always the easiest customer to deal with. I would definitely recommend them, and actually have recommended them, to anyone! My brother got a SUV styled car from there and he loves it as well. More
We had an excellent experience with Stockton to Malone Honda. We were there for a few hours negotiating on a price. They were patient and bent over backwards to make sure we got a deal we could afford and the vehicle we really wanted. They gave us options and really explained all the choices to us. We bought a new Odyssey and we found a little scratch on the front. They came to us, brought us a rental car and took our van in to get fixed by someone who specializes in this. When we went to pick it up you couldn't tell where the scratch was and they had refilled the tank of gas. We have had numerous phone calls making sure everything is going great and answering questions we have had. We will for sure buy our next vehicle here. They are really taking care of us. More

Car was still spotless when we took it back it hardly needed any detailing. and it was thier fault we should not have to pay a restocking fee let alone for any miles! More
About 15 days after purchase I noticed that my used 2003 Odyssey wipers would not run continusely. I feel I got a California spiff job to pass safety. I took it to my mechanic to find the real cause. He indicated that it was extreamly unlikely it was working in the last month. The service department wanted $95.00 for a diagnostic since my machnic wasn't Honda certified. It took me an hour and 5 people to get them to cover it for no charge and to replace the motor as covered under my warranty. The service manager said it would be done by about 5pm. Since I hadn't heard anything from them and they closed at 5pm I called at 4:30 and was told it would take an extra day. When I indicated that I was told 5pm and it would have been nice to recieve a call letting me know the time would be longer, the lady told me the service manager had said hopefully it will be done about 5, but he was thinking it would be longer. So aparently I was to read his mind and know it would take 2 days. When I told her that for the future it would be nice to make sure the customer understood the time frame and a update call would be nice, she got sarcastic and said "Thanks, I'll put that in my notes." The customer interface is terrible. I was given the run-around, and the only reason I was taken care of was I refused to take no for an answer. The people were rude, and cared nothing for the customer experiance. I plan on taking it to my machnic after to ensure the work was done and done correctly. Also I would not buy a car from them again. More
The service has been the worst I have ever experienced. They never call back, or give you any status on your car. We had our seats cleaned but instead of them actually cleaning them they sprayed this white They never call back, or give you any status on your car. I would not come back to this dealership not would I recommend this dealership to anyone. Bought a 2008 Accord there in May, everything was going goodexcept when we met up with the finance guy. He was trying to add $500 extra on top of the car and when I noticed the $500 and demanded an explaination, he got real frontational stated that he did have time for me. I had to get his manager involved and spent another hour there to rewrite the paparework. Five months later, the brakes on my car is squeaky and they blame on my driving condition. The bottomline is that this place sucks and they are extremely rude when it comes to warranty work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More
Very Poor Customer Service. Their sales tactics are very manipulative and belittling and full of false promises about trade in values, interest rates, etc. When I purchased my car they told me they would ha manipulative and belittling and full of false promises about trade in values, interest rates, etc. When I purchased my car they told me they would have the gas tank filled and have my car detailed, but when I picked it up there was less than a gallon of gas in the car and the inside had sunflower seed shells all over and I could write my name in the dust on the dashboard. I wrote a letter and called about my unplesant experience and they never responded. Once they got my money, they stopped I was no longer important. My father, boss and brother all had negative experiences here as well but were smarter and bought their cars from another dealership. I wish I would have done the same. More
We went to buy a Honda Fit 2008. After 3 hours of negotiation, with repeated shameful tactics like "we have to make money too" and "why can't you just accept you want too much" we agreed to a price negotiation, with repeated shameful tactics like "we have to make money too" and "why can't you just accept you want too much" we agreed to a price on a base model--no extras-- to be delivered the next day. All that and we were willing to pay sticker price!! They kept adding extra fees to the sticker price once we were in the office!!! We paid a deposit and didd all the paperwork. But, the next day, they called to tell us that they would only sell us our car now for $2500 more due to fancy wheels they had put on the car. We demanded to know where was the car we had paid for and agreed to. And they acted like we had stabbed them in the back for not paying for the extras that were added and we were being unreasonable!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
