Do not trust the service department! They lie and will try telling you that you need a service that you actully don't need. Worst service place! Scammers! They should be put out of business.

The fuel tank shielding was damaged along with the exhaust as well. We believe this is what caused the damage to the bolt threads. Is there a reason the other damage was not mentioned when we were there in person or why it is not listed on the paperwork that has been given to us. The only thing mentioned is the skid plate being damaged and the threads being stripped.
