I have had my 2018 Accord EX-L serviced only at this Honda(disclaimer). I've had 6 services done here, all my oil changes, 1 cabin air filter, and 1 brake fluid flush. In those 6 services I've had issue Honda(disclaimer). I've had 6 services done here, all my oil changes, 1 cabin air filter, and 1 brake fluid flush. In those 6 services I've had issues 3 separate times. First time they didn't rotate the tires. I know it didn't get done because two of my wheels have unique markings and they were in the same spot. I called in and they argued with me until I told them about the markings. I had to go to a tire shop close to me because I didn't have time to go to Sandy again. The second issue was when they replaced the cabin air filter. I drove off the lot and opened the glove box to put things back in there and the door fell and wouldn't close. I called in and they told me that it's easy to fix and I can fix it myself but if I'm paying for service I expect the service to be done right. I took it back and they "fixed it" but it happened again and now after a year and the second attempt, it seems to be fixed. The last service was 4/22 and was supposed to be oil change and brake fluid flush. I got the car back Friday afternoon and everything seemed ok. The next day I was driving on our amazing roads and I heard something scrape all of a sudden so I pulled over and looked under the car and a skid plate was loose and damaged. I called in and they said they would fix it. Tuesday 4/26, they returned my car after about two hours and I crawled under the car in front of the two Stockton 12 employees and I touch the skid plate and a screw comes off, they only straightened out the skid plate so it's still kind of bent. I asked that they take it back but the driver said he was told not to and that someone would call me. Cody called and said that they did what they could and that they could get me a price to fix it if I wanted it fixed. I explained what happened and he insisted that they couldn't do anything else because they didn't touch the part that fell off. I explained that they're the only ones working on it so it's something they did because skid plates don't just fall off under normal driving. He tried to shift the blame because the car is lowered one inch but I explained that it's been lowered for two years and the skid plate has never fallen before. I still don't have a response as to whether or not they're going to fix this issue but I will update this if they do. More

Not happy with how my car was damaged by Stockton 12 lube techs after my last oil change! It’s ironic the engine skid plate comes off 2 days after an oil change done on 12/18/2021. Took my car back and was told the bolts threads were stripped and needed to be replaced before the skid plate could be put back on (at my cost). I was told a body shop would have to repair the bolt threads in the sub frame. Stockton 12 Service is the only ones that has done oil changes. I was told by Angela Werner the shop manager this was not Honda’s problem. Any good dealership is going to stand behind their technician's POOR work, especially when it causes damage, except Stockton 12. This is my 2nd Civic from Stockton 12 & now I regret having their oil change packages. More
Bait and Switch tactics, Liar, Didn't perform the work I specified. I called to ask about a quote for work, parts to be replaced etc. They gave me a quote and i haggled over the price of the parts with C specified. He promised to fully price match the parts I found online. I agreed and took my car there. That's when the nightmare began. When it was finished I look at the invoice which is a couple hundred more than I expected, sure enough he only took $250 off the price of the parts (instead of $600) he claimed they "discounted labor to make up for it" but thats xxxxxxxx, the tech just took less time to perform the job. They also didn't replace one of the parts I specified. I argued over this over the course of a few days, he continued to lie (says the part I wanted was part of a set, it's not), says the manager won't honor our agreement etc etc. I gave him several chances, and not only did he fail to own up to his mistake, he just covered it up by continuing to lie. More
All the employees were courteous, friendly, and professional. I really enjoy working with everyone at Stockton 12 Honda. I am sad to hear that Honda has chose to discontinue the Honda fit model as professional. I really enjoy working with everyone at Stockton 12 Honda.
