I brought my 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid Touring to Stokes Honda because the low tire pressure light came on. They told me one of my tires needed to be replaced because it had something in it that they could Honda because the low tire pressure light came on. They told me one of my tires needed to be replaced because it had something in it that they couldn’t plug. So, I bought a new tire for a little over $400.00 to include mount balance ect. About three months later the same thing happened so I took it back in to Stokes Honda. They said one of the other tires needed to be replaced because it had a foreign object that they couldn’t plug. So, I took it to a tire shop for a second opinion and they couldn’t find anything and all my tires were at the proper inflation. They reset the tire pressure sensor, and now two months later, I have the same low tire pressure light coming on. I checked all four tires, and the pressure is 35 Lbs. each. I believe Stokes Honda had me buy a new tire that I didn’t need at the first time, and tried to get me to buy another tire when there is something wrong with the low tire pressure sensor. I’ll never do business with Stokes Honda again! More

Given them 4 or 5 chances and still batting zero in my book. Never again! More

The only reliable service agent is Jack and another older gentleman, sorry i don't recall his name. If he is not the one helping you please be cautious. My mom brought her car in for a tire rotation. She had some type of coverage that if she got rotation and oil change it would be free. Service agent did not mention that, so she got charged for the rotation. A few days pass and her oil needs to be changed. That's when I was told by the gentleman I dont remember his name that if she would of got rotation and oil done it would of been free. Crazy right!?!? So with that being said... my mom brings all her Hondas here for Service. So she ask me to bring her other car here. When I first come I clearly explain what my issue is with the service agent named Damon. Before I go any further this is the same agent that did not mention if she got rotation and oil change done at same time it would be free. So back to me coming and explaining my issue and what I wanted done. I even asked him to come to my car so I could show him exactly what I want. He definitely did not want to take 1min to look at what I needed. He brushed it off and told me no need, because once it gets in the shop they would see what needed to be done. I told him great contact me and let me know. More detail about this is I needed 1 new rim and some type of alignment done to my car. *Not a car guy so I explained it in detail.* I need a new rim. The front right rim was bent so got it moved to the right rear till the rim could come in. I also explained that some type of alignment was bent on the front right and that's what I wanted to show him, because that is what I wanted fixed. I also told him I'm not exactly sure what it's called but clearly made it known its the front right. And he assured me once they got it in they would be able to see it. So a week goes by and I haven't heard nothing about the rim has come in. So I wait a day or 2 more than I decide to call and ask about if it has come in. They say it's here and I ask when did it come in. I never got an answer when the rim got in, but they did say someone did reach out. So I ask my mom and she says no one called her. Anyways so I schedule service that same day. I come in and it seems like they must of not taken notes because when it was all said and done. Spent 530ish and the issue I wanted fix wasn't even touched! They send my mom the 5 point inspection video which is a joke. They walk clearly around the vehicle and don't notice that right front wheel is definitely to close to the frame of car compared to the other 3 wheels. I don't know exactly what the 5 point inspection looks for but don't walk around video taping customer car and don't notice that. Makes the team look like complete fools if you ask me. Anyways Service manager Ashley said to bring it in and they would do free diagnostic and if they can replace part they will do. Let me add, she was willing to see the issue. Once she physically saw it she said that's not an alignment its a suspension issue. See how easy this would of been if someone would of listened to me and come look. Well I called early this morning to see if I could bring it in so they could tell me what I need to buy to get it fix. The service agent I spoke to said she would bring this to her right away and she would call me back. This was at 840am and now it's 11am. Still no call. She said she was definitely there today. More
Tried to charge us over 2k for an alternator and battery. No tech listed and the car didn't need a new battery. Also, wanted us to wait 5 days for a part. $300 diag. and the battery wasn't bad. Paid a deposit and wired full amount for a car on 8/31 and 9/1 respectively for a used Accord. I spoke with 3 separate individuals including Gary Fuller who assured me my car was held until I could come i and 9/1 respectively for a used Accord. I spoke with 3 separate individuals including Gary Fuller who assured me my car was held until I could come in on 9/5. Morning of 9/5 we verified the wire was sent and headed 3.5hrs to Stokes Honda. We also called the salesman and the finance department with Stokes. Finance confirmed they received money and the salesman never replied. Get to the dealership to pickup the car and have been informed they sold it. They come out with a "deal" on a new accord taking 10k off. This "deal" put the new accord at market market because Stokes Honda up charges every vehicle with a $4995 (on the accord) market rate adjustment. So this accord was just over $38k out the door, 6 grand over our used car they sold and never informed us. Deceitful practices and bait and switch are very apparent here. Honda corporate advised us not to do business with this dealer after we called to file a complaint. Can't say enough bad things about this. 7hr drive, held our money, lied about both a car for sale and also lied about holding my car that I fully paid for. 32 grand tied up in their nonsense. Run far and fast from this dealer, they don't deserve business. More
purchased my 2019 Honda CRV from a Dealer in Summerville with 2k mileage. At 26k we started to notice the steering wheel sticks when making right turns and makes a knock sound in the steering column. The dealer we purchase from told us to go to Honda. Honda reviews the issue and per their Tech Forum, the repairs should "start" with the electronic steering rack and pinion, over a 2k repair cost. But.... they also stated that could not guarantee the fix, that's the "starting" point. I was informed my month term on the warranty expired 4 months ago however I'm clearly under the 36k. I was told to call Honda Corporate to ask for a possible good will services on the vehicle only to be told by that Case Manager Andre that they have NO control over the dealerships decision... so I'm still confused on why I was referenced to call them when they can do absolutely nothing. Funny how all representing stated they agreed the part shouldn't have failed but not willing to help due to the fact I didn't buy directly from them or get my I'll changed with them.....how did that affect a steering part defect, as a mechanic in still trying to figure that out. Regardless, appointment set to get out of this brand and I will NEVER deal with Stokes or Honda ever again. I've never heard I agree so much and do absolutely nothing to help resolve a customer concern other than handing me a bill to "start" to good my issues. What a joke.... More

My Husband went to this lot because they had the preowned vehicle that caught our eye. We were tricked into thinking we would get the best rates, the best warranty, the "Internet manager Rob" tried to conceive us of all of this & they failed horribly. We brought the car Dec 30th 2022 (as a surprise birthday gift) Jan 3rd 2023 we had to return the car for the keys not working. They took it to the supporting dealership(volvo) because they needed their tech to replace it. Jan 6, days later the check engine came on & things went down hill after. visit after visit every other week. Fast forward to Feb another visit. Fast forward to March my turbo exploded after me telling the salesmen I wanted out of the car Jan, Feb, and AGAIN IN MARCH AFTER FEELING UNSAFE IN A VEHICLE WITH PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS. Now, here we are in April 26, my drive shaft needs to be replaced! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I never went a month without visiting the dealership or the service department. I'm overwhelmed we're supposed to pay $789 for 7 years !!! it's only month 3/4 ... Idk what to do other than contacting my lawyer. Not to mention when I picked the car up April 1 after they made me contact warranty per Steve(the manager). Said well when you want to trade for a honda let me know.
