Stokes Honda North

chrissy was great as always. i understand that i came in on a saturday and they were very busy. i work nights and the night before when i got off work at 3am my light was on that said tire pressure was not on a saturday and they were very busy. i work nights and the night before when i got off work at 3am my light was on that said tire pressure was not even. the next day i had to be at work for a benefit at 8am. when there was a lull time at work i asked if i could go up to honda to have my tires checked because i have the nitrogen in my tires. the next day would have been sunday so i really had no choice but to go then. when i got to honda they took my car right back. come to find out there was a nail in my tire and it could be plugged. that was great news. over an hour later i asked how much longer because i was supposed to be back at work. they said it shouldn't be much longer. she gets my paperwork and asks if i want to go ahead and pay so that when my car is done i can go, i said sure. i was looking through the window no one had been around my car for at least 30 minutes. they tried to say the tire machine was around the corner where i couldn't see and the guy must be there working on the tire. i am a woman but i know that it doesn't take an hour and a half to plug a tire. about 15 minutes later he was back at my car putting the tire back on and i finally got to go back to work. i asked if he checked all the tires, he said he did. needless to say, work was not believing me and very unhappy about how long i had been gone. when i had came in the last time to get my oil change, they didn't reset the oil life again. which is twice now they have forgotten to do that. i love honda and my 2 favorite car salesman ever work there. i will always buy my cars from them as long as they are in the business. i have bought from them there at stokes honda twice. the service has been better there over the last couple years but it is starting to slip in the actual mechanic/shop area. thank you for your time. melissa renee' deaton More

Chris did an excellent job of finding the exact car we were looking for, it was the cleaning detail: inside of car had not been vacuumed nor the trunk (Chris actually shook off the trunk mat the day of de were looking for, it was the cleaning detail: inside of car had not been vacuumed nor the trunk (Chris actually shook off the trunk mat the day of delivery). The driver's leather seat had not been cleaned: side of seat was never cleaned..leather cleaner removed the black wear at home. Recently had the cargo net installed on 9-12, what was to be a 45 min job left me sitting in waiting area almost 2 hrs. The cargo net was installed perfectly but the technician left grease from his shoes on driver side floor mat. The service rep did not inspect the work done or condition the car was returned to me. I am telling you the key to satisfing a customer is following up the sale of an excellant car with excellent customer service....which I hope improves. Disappointed in service not the car. More
