Unfortunately, I only had my crosstrek for 10 days before it ended up in the service center and eventually bought back by Subaru of America. I have yet to receive any reply and it's looking like I lost $700 for giving them my business. Think twice when reading those consumer reports and say no to unwanted dealer add-ons. According to Internet Sales Rep Jason Thomas, this "optional" dealer add-on could not be removed and was not optional if we wanted to proceed with the purchase. Go figure. More
