Great people + great vehicle = Great experience I was still researching my options at the time. I wanted a vehicle that felt more like a car than a truck. The SUVs I had considered rode and handled more like trucks. I also wanted back seats that were comfortable for adults, because my sons have grown up. I test drove a Subaru Outback. It handled well, had a smooth ride, and the back seats were comfortable and spacious. I also loved the safety features, including blind-spot detection, smart cruise control, and automatic braking to avoid collision while backing up. There was no high pressure sales pitch. When I finally made my decision, the staff were all very pleasant, friendly, and proficient in getting me into my new Outback. I'm very pleased with both the experience and my new car. Thanks! More

The lack of professionalism and transparent greed was predictable and laughable. You can tell from the facilities alone what makes an acceptable dealership. Cherry Hill Subaru was perfectly welcoming and Peter was a consummate professional. Although the process of buying a car is interminable, he made it as tolerable as possible. It would have been nice if the dealership would have given us a lunch break as our experience lasted over five hours. I love the car itself (I got a Crosstrek that arrived in America the night before) and am relieved that the dealership will help arrange maintenance through the service department. More
