I am extremely dissatisfied and unhappy with the service and attitude I experienced today. I have been a loyal customer at Subaru of Englewood for 10 years, but after today, I may never return for any futur and attitude I experienced today. I have been a loyal customer at Subaru of Englewood for 10 years, but after today, I may never return for any future service. I had an appointment to get a 4-tire replacement with new tires — a service explicitly called "EXPRESS 4 tires. Mount and Balance." Despite having an appointment, the woman at the service front desk boldly and rudely told me the waiting time would be 3.5 to 4 hours. Based on my past experience here, a 4-hour estimate usually means waiting for over 5 hours. There is absolutely nothing "Express" about a 4-hour wait for an appointment-backed tire change. What made it worse was the receptionist's completely dismissive attitude; there was no apology for the wait or any attempt to be helpful.
