There is nothing feigned about her personality. We purchased a Ford Edge through her. She priced it so reasonably that we accepted the offer without the qualms usually experienced when purchasing a vehicle. The quality of her work is exemplified by her organizational skills. She stays on top of things until you are completely satisfied. Peggy has serious charisma. I've never been enthralled by a Car Dealer before! She reminds me of women that I've known in the Dakotas. She was genuinely sweet and considerate. Our girls adored her! They busied themselves drawing pictures for her wall.   Peggy eased our few doubts with timely updates, and made suggestions that were beneficial to us. She guided us through the buying process with thorough explanations, even of the minutia involved, when requested. Her professionalism and knowledge, in my estimation, are exemplary. During the period that we were searching for a family vehicle, the weather was brutal. 100º + days were sapping our energy, but Peggy made our buying experience Cool and Comfortable. She has a natural grace that embodies customer service effortlessly. Our overall experience was excellent, bordering on awesomeness. We love our SUV, and I'm really glad that we purchased it through Peggy. That was really the Icing on the Cake. : ) More

Was looking ofr a new car and before even contacting the dealership knew pretty much what i wanted. Sent emails to numerous dealerships and peggy was one of the few who actually responded with a price inste dealership knew pretty much what i wanted. Sent emails to numerous dealerships and peggy was one of the few who actually responded with a price instead of come on in and we'll talk about it when her price was fowarded to other dealers they would reply they could beat it but again wouldn't put a price in writing and i should come in to talk about it. Went back and forth with emails for a day or so and pretty much had everything negotiated before even walking in to the dealership. When I got there I found out the car in question had been sold earlier in the afternoon but that she would honor the price and they were already looking for a match to the one I wanted. Went thru with the deal and they had a car on the lot in about a week. Peggy was great to work and communicate with, explained everything in full and was even great with my kids who were both tired and hungry. When picking up the car she went over everything with me. i have never had a better experiance buying a car. More

I purchased a new BRZ from them a few months ago and although it was difficult to find an automatic one at the time, my sales rep, John Lopez, was very patient and friendly throughout the whole process. He tried his best and made us feel very comfortable. In the end he found the model, type, and color I was looking for and it was just perfect. I took it in for my first maintenance service today and was just wowed by the professionalism of the service reps. I was in a rush to have my service done, but the specialist and service reps did their best to meet my needs and they delivered. I was in and out just a little over 30 minutes and made it to my appointment. Town Motors is a dealer you can trust! More
