They are the BEST! I went in to look and decide if I wanted a Subaru. I live in Kentucky and driving back and forth was not possible but they were so good and I basically bought over the phone! Christian took our information carefully, offered some pertinent suggestions, which also saved us some money and we went on to test drive. Prior to and during the test drive Christian pointed out the many features of the Forester that we were overcome by, he made it look simple. Took my wife’s forester in for service because the Nashville Subaru was so terrible, what an amazing experience. It was clean, organized and well ran, completely unlike the downtown Subaru. They even kept us updated the entire process as to what they were doing and if it was covered on the warranty. Subaru had an issue with the item we needed to replace so they had extended the warranty on that item. Thanks to Gallatin Subaru and Subaru for standing behind their product. It’s a bit of a drive but well worth it for good service. I again dropped by with my Subaru yesterday because my tire lights were on because of the colder temp and he thanked me for coming in and took my car to air up my tires. I wish I was better with names but he was incredibly friendly and helpful. More
