Alberto was attentive from the beginning and always responsive whenever I had questions during my decision-making process. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and was patient as I test drove multiple vehicles to make sure I found the right fit. He also walked me through the features of the cars and gave me the space I needed to make my decision without pressure. What stood out most was the level of care after the purchase. Since I did not have someone to drive me back to the dealership, Alberto helped make sure I could return the following day to pick up my car. That extra effort meant a lot to me and showed a genuine commitment to customer care. Ty, the sales manager, was also wonderful to work with. During the pricing conversation and review of the itemized costs, he truly listened to my concerns and understood that, since I was going through the buying process on my own, getting a fair price mattered to me. I appreciated that he took the time to get to know me personally. He was courteous, helpful, and professional, and I never felt like just another customer. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the coffee shop staff, was kind and welcoming. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and made for a comfortable experience. I was one of the last people to leave the dealership that evening, and even though it was a late night, I still felt valued and well taken care of. We were looking to buy a car from this dealership and we were told that we had to purchase a battery replacement for 599 and then a three year paint protect it for a thousand dollars or we could not buy the were told that we had to purchase a battery replacement for 599 and then a three year paint protect it for a thousand dollars or we could not buy the car, which is against texas law. Edger insisted there was no way around it. Newsflash...texas finance code 348.014 dealers may NOT require purchase of add ons. Under the texas deceptic trade practice...It is deceptive practice, false and misleading. They cannot say and I quote off the above code... "you must buy this battery package, or you're not allowed to buy the car". How many of you were "forced" to do this? More
My wife and I purchased the Suburu Hybrid Forrester sport. The staff was absolutely amazing. I went for an oil change and tire rotation plus a multipoint inspection yesterday for my 2025 Forester, and I couldn't be more pleased with Damian Alarcon and the entire service team!
