This is the worst Subaru dealership that I have dealt with in 15 years. The main problem resides with the people who work there, the quality of service and the treatment of the customer. On arrival, I was told that for the service I needed (which I spelled out when I made the appointment) could not be made via the internet. Service department has gone down hill and unfortunately I will no longer take our vehicles to them. Adviser Armando and manager Alvin don’t show appreciation for the customers and their time.
