My experience at Subaru of Gwinnett was fantastic. In late summer 2012, I purchased a new Impreza at a different dealership where my experience was very unsatisfying. Several months later the paint on my late summer 2012, I purchased a new Impreza at a different dealership where my experience was very unsatisfying. Several months later the paint on my bumper started peeling. I decided I would not return to the dealership of purchase. Instead, I went to Subaru of Gwinnett, as it had very positive online reviews. The paint issue was deemed a defect that Subaru of America and Subaru of Gwinnett were willing to fix at no charge to me. Through this process Jill Thurston and Nelson in service were extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating and prompt with communications. Jill gave me a very comfortable 2012 Outback to drive while the paint was being fixed at a local body shop, again at no cost to me. When the body shop had finished the job, several issues of quality were noticed. Jill was extremely apologetic, sent my car back and arranged for the bumper to be replaced completely. When I picked up my car, the exterior looked as good as the day I bought it, but paint splatter had gotten on the cloth of the cargo cover. Jill was extremely apologetic, replace the cargo cover (again at no charge to me) and even offered a complimentary interior and exterior detailing the next time I had my car serviced. Easily, this situation could have been very negative, but Subaru of Gwinnett, and Jill especially, resolved all issues in a prompt, professional, responsible and courteous manner. Jill really went the extra mile to make things right. Her efforts were very effective, as I left this experience feeling extremely satisfied. I definitely recommend Subaru of Gwinnett. More
We had our second service appointment on Friday (2/15/13) for our 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited. I just had my first service (3000 mile) on my 2012 Legacy and it was much more painless than other dealers I have used. They did the oil change and worked on my passenger side door. Now the door had a squeak and it was much more painless than other dealers I have used. They did the oil change and worked on my passenger side door. Now the door had a squeaky sound in it on the road. So the tech and I went for a ride and so often the case with things like that it did not squeak once. The tech was like I have one thing I can do and he tried it out and it worked the first try. I a VERY pleased with the service department and Jill and the techs are great to work with. If you have a subaru even one that you did not buy there I would drive to SOG just for the service department. More

I bought my Outback here in 2007 and have been coming in for service since then. The service department has always been good but lately they have even gotten better.
