I was a little leery about taking my 98 Subaru Outback in for service at the dealership but, Subaru of Kennesaw and Wendy in the service department immediately put me at ease with their warmth and hospitalit for service at the dealership but, Subaru of Kennesaw and Wendy in the service department immediately put me at ease with their warmth and hospitality. I went out of town for about 3 weeks during the repairs and Wendy kept in touch with me via email. I stopped into Subaru of Kennesaw on Saturday May 19, 2012 just to see what the price of new subarus and the financing rates. I was quite surprised that new subarus were not much more than than the used 2012 just to see what the price of new subarus and the financing rates. I was quite surprised that new subarus were not much more than than the used ones we were looking at. And the financing, the rates are so low it became apparent that buying new was more affordable than used. Our salesman Chris was very patient and answered all our questions. Louis the sales manager made the actual buying procedure very easy and laid everything out so we knew what was up. I was very satisfied with my experience at Subaru of Kennesaw and would recommend them. This is the first actual "NEW" car we have bought. We usually buy used 1-3 years old but if you can swing it buying new makes more sense now. More

Had my 13 year old Outback in for repairs. Lydia Carroll is great at explaining what the service tech recommends to repair the problem. She arranged for me to be dropped off at my home.
