This is my daughter's first Car and not a good experience for us. Liars, Liars they will promise anything to get your business. I already put in a deposit at a local dealer but these guys promised to get the car the next day, I wanted to give the car to my daughter before she went to college and also they promised $1000 off online coupon on top of the agreed price so went with them but not only they brought the car to my location several days later than promised but they didn’t honor the $1000 either and then violated toll while bringing the car, they promised to pay the toll but never did, so I ended up paying. Promised Subaru Sunshades, Starbucks tumbler with $25 they told me they already have it in the car and were bringing to me but when received the car nothing was there then she said oh I forgot we will ship it; it has been a year NOTHING yet. Asked to scan and send me the papers I signed never got them.I am NEVER EVER shopping with people who can’t keep the promise and could lie just like that. Talked to Internet sales manager he said he will take care of it and what did he do? NOTHING, I guess owner don't care either. I even complained to SUBARU and what did they do? same NOTHING. I love the car but not the experience or customer service. . More

Unfortunately the experience was terrible, everything was out of the place even the managers were intolerable. I paused my search for a while I did further research where I came across Lehman Subaru. Im very picky about what I invest my money into they are the only dealer who showed the Internet price, I was contacted by a gentleman who even gave me an additional discount on my Outback. It was a rainy Saturday morning when the deal occurred. I met Orlando and I believe the other gentlemen name was Alan. We'll definitely do business again More

I was greeted by Anthony and Bell, who made me feel comfortable Hello, I went car shopping at Lehman Subaru last Monday to look for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Anthony and Bell, who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and they showed me around and guided me through the available cars there. I must say that this was one of my best car shopping experiences ever. The salesmen was very informative and they was answering very question patiently and confidently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesmen like Anthony and Bell delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I will be coming to your showroom for my final decision which is looking very promising ahead. Not good I was completely upset with the unprofessional way that this organization handled my business. I went to buy/lease a Subaru Impreza for my son. I ne I was completely upset with the unprofessional way that this organization handled my business. I went to buy/lease a Subaru Impreza for my son. I negotiated the deal before going down there. Once I got there I met with the finance manager and he prepared and had me sign all of the documents for a vehicle that was the wrong VIN. Next, he corrected the paper work and the miles in the lease were wrong. We went through a third iteration and I signed the documents and left with the vehicle. This finance person gave me his card and told me to call him and he would personally send out my tag. After several weeks, I contacted him on his phone from his business card and it was his cell phone. After two conversations with him I was able to find out he no longer worked at the dealership. I tried calling another finance manager and was told that my paperwork was lost. I was out of town at the time and when I got home I went back to the dealership and the entire file had been lost. Another finance manager prepared the paperwork that took a while to prepare and again it was incorrect with the wrong monthly payment and the wrong mileage. I was questioned as if I was wrong about the mileage and ultimately had my son take photos of my copy of the paperwork I signed that was in the vehicle. Ultimately, they gave me the same deal I had signed originally and I left with the assurance that when the tag came in I would be called. A week or more goes by and my temporary tag was expiring and after many conversations and being moved around from person to person my office manager was able to get another temp tag issued and I had to have someone from my office drive down to pick the temp tag up. Another several weeks have elapsed and my sons temp tag is expiring on 7/7 so I begin to call again. I got the cashier several times and there is a delay on the phone line making it difficult to hold a conversation. Additionally, the cashier answers the phone and has conversations on speaker phone making it all the more difficult to hold a conversation. That said, I worked for several days to get somebody that would help and get my son’s tag. The frustration level was growing and I asked to speak to the general manager and got his voicemail on more than one occasion. I was never able to speak to him. After many conversations, this morning on 7/6 I was told the tag was in. I asked that they have someone drive the tag to me. I had been there to pick up the car, pick up a second temporary tag and to sign the docs a second time. They were not willing to drive it up and I had doubts that if I didn’t go pick it up that I would ever get the tag. I sent someone from my office to pick up the tag as I am writing this review. I never was able to speak to the GM and you cannot get through to any of the management staff. I have a copy of my second lease here in front of me and it is dated 5/6/2017. I am assuming this is the date that I first went to sign for the vehicle. Here we are on 7/6 and I am finally getting the tag and my concerns were never addressed by any of the management staff. This is my experience. More
