Stress free experience If someone had told me in advance how our car purchase experience was going to be, I'd never have believed them.It started on a Sunday am when i was g If someone had told me in advance how our car purchase experience was going to be, I'd never have believed them.It started on a Sunday am when i was getting pre-approved for a loan on Subaru of Puyallup's website, when the phone rang and it was the dealership. I explained the model of Forester I was looking for, options and color. They asked when I could be at the dealership and I told them 1pm since we had to drive from Bremerton. We arrived around 2, and we were greeted by George Mayfield. George immediately took my wife and I in back to show us our new Forester being cleaned up, and verified it was the right color, had the options we wanted and we were satisfied with that car.As we walked back to the showroom, George mentioned to make sure to bring the car in for our free oil changes on Thursday or Fridays and get a free massage. We thought he was kidding til we walked past the service counter and saw the sign about free massages on Thursday and Friday. Unbelievable! We proceeded to the showroom where the finance guy showed us the invoice and the discounted price we'd pay. We talked about the extra's we wanted to include on the car and he said paperwork would be ready in a few minutes. We were signing papers within 45 mins of arriving at the dealer! I've never heard of such a thing. George took us out to our newly washed car and we spent the next hour going over the car, programming radio stations, moving phone contacts and pairing phones through the bluetooth. We went on a short drive so George could demonstrate the features Eyesight provides. We wrapped up things and were on our way home with or new car just after 4 pm. I cant get over the high level of customer service Subaru of Puyallup demonstrated. I would highly recommend them. More

The Best! I've been in the market for a new car for about a year, and was leaning towards a Legacy. I was debating between two Subaru dealerships in the end. Jerome was very friendly and attentive and we in pretty short order became interested in a Highlander which we later purchased. The whole process of the transaction was extremely pleasant, and without pressure. The sales manager Ryan Forstrom was also very helpful and considerate and the finance manager Wade Finley was very kind and easy to work with as well. We love our new car and feel really good about the whole purchase experience. If you are considering a new or used car, definitely check out this dealership and ask for Jerome. I was willing to accept the car that was on the lot, as it had all the features we wanted, but she went out of her way to get the one my wife really wanted. In terms of the overall experience, we were very satisfied with being able to get the features we felt were important, such as the "Eyesight" safety system, without needing to purchase other add-ons that other brands of cars "bundled" at a higher price.
