Since we bought the vehicle no we'd complained about the audio unit not working in android auto the service to between kept saying it needed an update and the update and never fix the problem. After the 3 year warranty I purchased an outer market extended warranty Which was called zurich shield. After I got the warranty I've took it to the dealer for the audio unit for the 6th time and the service writer said that the audio unit was fine and and I have talked to the technician that worked on the vehicle and he told me that they didn't even look at it so therefore the service writer lied about the repair. I've taken the vehicle to the Honda dealer that I've dealt with for years And they were able to figure out the problem and get the audio unit replaced and now it is working correctly no thanks to the Subaru dealer to fix my Subaru. More
Unethical and untrustworthy when buying a used car. Pushers and scammers. Do not trust. I purchased a 2014 Subaru with 95k miles almost a year ago. I have since put $1800 into this vehicle to keep it on the road! Everything from bearings, to calipers, brakes 2x, tires although did not not ago. I have since put $1800 into this vehicle to keep it on the road! Managers will not call back, would not recommend this dealership to anyone, or their budget cars. More
Getting out the door of this dealership cost me eight hours of my life for a $2,500 used car with 183,000 miles.
