I purchased a vehicle from Sterling Subaru over 6 months ago as an out-of-state buyer and STILL have not received my permanent tags or registration. I have been driving on expired temporary tags since Janua ago as an out-of-state buyer and STILL have not received my permanent tags or registration. I have been driving on expired temporary tags since January because this dealership has failed to properly process my paperwork in a timely manner. This is not just an inconvenience — this has put me at legal risk every single day I’ve been forced to drive on expired tags due to THEIR negligence. I have called the dealership multiple times trying to get a simple update and cannot get anyone to help me. The operator continuously sends me to voicemail with no returned calls. On my most recent attempt, I was transferred to the service department where the advisor told me she “can’t transfer calls” and then hung up on me. Completely unacceptable customer service. There is absolutely no excuse for an out-of-state title and registration to take over 6 months. The lack of communication and complete disregard for a customer who has already paid for their vehicle is beyond frustrating. At this point, I am seriously considering filing formal complaints with the DMV and the State Attorney General’s Office regarding this matter. If you are an out-of-state buyer, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This entire experience has been ridiculous and unprofessional. More

Has a really nice waiting area for service with multi stall restrooms and a beverage center with water, coffee, and tea. There are also tables and a sitting area with a fireplace.
