Customer Service: Suzuki always has time for our family. They get us in right away, they explain what's going on thoroughly, and they always provide a loaner car if needed. Quality of Work: The quality of work is always excellent. Problems are diagnosed accurately and fixed well. Friendliness: Not only are the staff friendly to me and/or my wife, they are always welcoming to my children. There is always refreshments, games, and a great atmosphere. Overall Experience: I wouldn't buy a car from another dealership and I wouldn't take my car to be serviced at another dealership. I recommend Suzuki of Wichita to all of my friends and family. They are a top notch dealership who really cares for people not just making money. Price: Suzuki is more than fair on pricing. More

We purchased a Grand Vitara from Suzuki of Wichita two years ago. It was the first new vehicle my wife and I purchased. We went to the lot and we were greeted within a couple of minutes. We looked at s years ago. It was the first new vehicle my wife and I purchased. We went to the lot and we were greeted within a couple of minutes. We looked at several different vehicles before we decided on the Vitara. The staff was very friendly and I felt genuinely attempted to find a vehicle that met our family's needs. There was zero pressure to purchase and no haggling. We regularly service our vehicle -- the service department is fast and friendly. We have been extremely happy with our vehicle and the dealership. No local Suzuki dealer here, and this dealer seemed to have some great prices, so I was willing to drive a ways to do business with them. But they refused to answer any of my numerous emails. Maybe the en have some great prices, so I was willing to drive a ways to do business with them. But they refused to answer any of my numerous emails. Maybe the entire dealership is on vacation, or maybe they simply don't care about their customers. Bottom line- NO SALE. More
