Your own web site says trade in estimated value is $17000 - $18000 and your manager says that is a guide, $3000 off is pretty stupid. It was not so much mikes fault but his boss is pretty lame.

To be successful in on business I would think you would want to make a sale. For $500.00 you could have sold an over priced XT5 making thousands profit and purchased a very popular Ford Fusion Sport that you could have sold making more thousands, just does not make good business sense.
