I have had a horrific experience with this dealership and especially with Nick! They knowingly sold me a car that FAILED inspection because it was unsafe (leaking fuel and leaking oil from the engine), wi especially with Nick! They knowingly sold me a car that FAILED inspection because it was unsafe (leaking fuel and leaking oil from the engine), without disclosing or repairing those issues. I was told to bring the vehicle back after pointing out to them that the vehicle failed inspection, and was provided a loaner vehicle. After 2 weeks with no word or updates I was told my vehicle was repaired and ready. I asked for them to email me the service/repairs report (since I live almost 2 hours away) before I came to pick up the vehicle and was told they "can't do that." Since I asked to see the report I have been told that they did not in fact take it to the dealership they told me would be working on it, then I was told it was a shop in another city, then I was told the shop is owned by a friend of the dealership's manager. Since then (over 7 weeks ago, I have sent multiple emails, left numerous messages, tried calling several times per week, and was completely ignored. Until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Finally my salesperson reached out, when I asked to speak with the manager Nick finally picked up the phone. He rudely informed me they will not give me the service repair records from the shop who worked on my car, nor will they refund me and buy the car back from me, and on top of that he told me they are going to charge me for the rental and send a tow truck to repossess it from my home! Nick was ignored every communication, every opportunity to fix this respectfully, and after nearly 8 weeks of this mess finally spoke to me on the phone only to be rude and threaten to send a tow to my home. THE EPITOME OF HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have asked for the owner's information but I sincerely doubt I will get that information either. More

The sole reason was due to our sales rep greeting us in the parking lot, Rishi Vernon. We had visited several dealerships and were ignored by the sales reps. Rishi can out said hello, asked if we needed help, and that he would let us look. He said if we had any questions come in and he would help us. He was friendly, helpful and genuine. No runaround, just honest. That made the difference for us. His saying hello sealed the deal. More

We called in because Nick Rowe had sent us an offer of interest to buy our Honda CRV, with NO STRINGS ATTACHED. We asked to speak to him and instead was transferred to Rishi. Despite what was stated in interest to buy our Honda CRV, with NO STRINGS ATTACHED. We asked to speak to him and instead was transferred to Rishi. Despite what was stated in the mailer, Rishi was super aggressive with us over the phone. First asking what were we interested in buying or leasing. We were replying to a VERY specific offer to buy the Honda CRV. NOT to upgrade as we are now working remote and do not need a second vehicle. Then afterwards calls back and asks for the VIN, which makes sense BUT then asks for the model. Does this man write anything down or understand that we were only responding to the offer that was mailed to us? We will NEVER deal with Rishi for any vehicle purchase or lease. More
