To start off with I was looking for a Chevy. I have always been a Chevy guy. After talking with Eric Baughman about the features and qualities of the Toyota Camry I was sold. We received outstanding service from John Heslep. He explained all the information we needed to know and lots of extra points about the Toyota Sienna we were interested in. He was very pleasant, knowledgable, and there was no sales pressure. We came back several days later and closed the deal. The dealership was very helpful and we received a fair price. The rest of the story.. our title that was sent the last days before expiration which by the way I had to call and remind them to send was not properly executed. We went to the BMV and they would NOT accept it. We them had to drive to Tallmage to the title bureau. They said the title was we received from Montrose Toyota was not acceptable. We had to be issued a proper title before we could get our plates at the BMV. This took us half the day to correct and we had to cancel an longstanding appointment to do this. I contacted Montrose Toyota and they looked in to it. There response was " this is how we always do it and we have't had a problem before."I do not call this good customer service. More
