Alex worked very hard trying to find the tire for my vehicle. After a short time, I was standing with him when he got the call that the tire had been located. He was so excited to have been able to track it down, which made me excited that he would work that much to help me. Die-hard Toyota Family Having owned 5 Toyotas in the past, and buying 2 of them from Calvin O'Dell at Sonny King, there was no question WHERE we wanted to purchase. Service Had a 9:30am appointment to have 6-month service on 2018 Camry. Arrived at 9:15 and car was immediately taken back. Service completed by about 9:35am. Returning customer Shikina was my salesperson. Not Keith Angel. Your system of assigning him to me in the system, thus giving him credit and part of the commission makes Shikina was my salesperson. Not Keith Angel. Your system of assigning him to me in the system, thus giving him credit and part of the commission makes no sense and wasn’t my choice. By circumstances, I was there co-signing for a Tacoma before buying mine. Shikina did both deals. After the fact, my wife and I felt the deal we got on the 2016 Camry I traded in and bought using Keith was not a good deal. If you want my return business, I have purchased 6 Toyota’s since my first in 2005, three from Sunny King then let me chose the sales person. More
