Scheduled Maintenance I was in recently getting my oil change. As far as I know that all went great. I purchased my own parts on Amazon and Sunset Ford installed them. I requested a Ford Master Tech to do all the work and my service advisor Madison made it happen. The truck was washed and the total for the labor/fluids was a little over $1500 dollars plus tax. I also had a small service credit of $30 dollars from a previous service in this shop. I used a shuttle to get me home and the driver picked me up when the truck was ready. It was a good experience. I called those “Ford service” clowns at Korum Ford and the service advisor there said he couldn’t quote me a price “because the computer to Ford was down”. HORSE DUNG. Further that turkey said he would call back with a quote BUT HE NEVER DID!! Korum Ford has no idea of FORD SERVICE like SUNSET FORD and I simply will NOT buy my next vehicle from Korum Ford in Puyallup. This was not the first time with Korum either. My girlfriend had a similar frustrating experience there (Korum) when she serviced her 2003 Ford Mustang as she was over charged for an extra hour of labor to install a new alternator and fresh battery. The Korum service manager did correct the bill after I raised heck on the phone but the Korum Ford service advisor that she dealt with tried to skin her alive and take advantage of her. BAD IDEA. NEVER KORUM. ONLY SUNSET. Seems Sunset Ford knows how to take care of clients AFTER the sale. More

False promises Well... I am finally at my wits end... I bought a BRAND NEW truck 3 months ago and when I picked it up there were some swirls in the paint that were n Well... I bought a BRAND NEW truck 3 months ago and when I picked it up there were some swirls in the paint that were noticed and I was guaranteed that I would get a cut and wax detail to eliminate the swirls. Patiently I wait.. In the meen time my wife bought a BRAND NEW car from them a month later. Apon taking delivery we noticed some scratches in the bumpers and rip in the the seat. We were promised that these would be taken care of immediately and we would receive a call from "Sam" in Service. Now, my truck is going on 3 months, not a single phone call from them. My wife's car is going on 2 months and she has tried to call "Sam" 3 times. Finally, she gets him on the phone after sitting on hold for 11 min. Where he gives her the excuse of "the vendors are all booked up". Also, the service department has ALOT of "I OWE YOU's" according to the service personnel and Sam is the only one dealing with them. Seriously?? Then, he says that he will try and get my wife's car in last week and he was going to call her..... well, wouldn't you know it, still no call after another week. My sales experience was amazing but the service after that point is non existent. Do not take a car off the lot until it meets your satisfaction because the service team is unreliable and non existent. I have multiple family members looking for new cars and we were recommending sunset, but, after this drawn out issue, EVERYONE is waiting to see if sunet will keep to their word. And to think... all I want is for sunset ford to only do what they said they were going to do and keep their word, nothing more. More
