Very poor service. This is the 3rd time in a row, and final time, they have failed to properly service my vehicle. They also recommend items for service that are not re This is the 3rd time in a row, and final time, they have failed to properly service my vehicle. They also recommend items for service that are not recommended by GM. They sent an email stating that immediate attention was required. The service was an oil additive. In fact the owners manual specifically states that no additives are required if GM Dexos oil is used. So Suntrup is trying to sell the customer that isn’t needed and is of no benefit.
