I had a great experience. I bought a new CC Sport (which is a great car and fun to drive, in case anyone is considering buying one). Brian was honest and was not pushy in the least. He gave me all the information I needed to make my decision, and gave me good advice on the pros and cons of buying versus leasing. Overall I do not think I will buy a Nissan again, just not that pleased with the car overall. I do not think the special transmission they use in their cars is for me. My initial visit to Suntrup was just to look at a couple of new Volkswagens. I was interested in the Jetta, but was very unfamiliar with any specifics, I just new I liked the look of the car. I was greeted immediately by a gentleman named JD who very enthusiastically began asking me what I was interested in and if I would like to take any of the models out for a test drive. I was excited to not only drive the Jetta, but also impressed by JD's willingness to help me. After the test drive, I spoke to JD about my price point and JD definitely worked with me to get my payments to where I could look at buying the car that day. I was so please with the customer service JD provided throughout my entire buying experience, I bought my first Volkswagen Jetta at Suntrup. My overall experience was wonderful and I have already recommended that one of my coworkers visit JD at Suntrup. The tremendous satisfaction I had after this experience is why I give JD and Suntrup a 5 in every category of this rating. I could not be more pleased. Thank you! More

I recently visited this dealership while looking for a new Volkswagen. However, I had never before visited this dealership, and have heard good things about it, so I decided to give it a shot and I am glad I did! The sales representative that helped me, JD, was extremely personable and friendly, and made me feel at ease with what could have been a stressful situation. He was very patient, and really seemed like he was looking out for my best interest, which is something that really meant a lot to me and made me feel like I was making the right choice. He also didn't hesitate to show my all of the cars I was interested in, and give me all of the information I needed about each one. I rated this dealership and this salesman five out of five in all categories because of the wonderful service I received. Aaron was very helpful. The only reason why customer service was not Great was because the first time in Aaron was already helping another customer so his time was split. I would have rather have waited for him then deal with another representative because we had already bought a car from him and had great service before. the price of my car was very competitive. Aaron was willing to work within my budget. The only problem i had with the process is when it comes to the Warrenties. I was offered 3 different prices for the warrenties and clearly they did not upfront offer a good deal on the extended warrenty. If i was a person who really wanted a warrenty, i might have accepted a deal at a much higher cost. But the end result was good so i cannot complain too much. Over all Suntrup has a good system going and I have already recommended a couple friends to go there. They are fair and not too over bearing. More
