This is the first car I've purchased, and I was unaware that appointments had to be made for service issues. So when I showed up for my first service appointment unannounced, they fit me in with no problems, and there wasn't even a long wait! I've never had anything but plesant experiences with the Suntrup staff. I look forward to leasing another new VW with them when theday comes that my current lease runs out!
